Spacious 1,400 square foot skier's paradise just a 4-minute walk to the lift and downtown with gorgeous, panoramic view of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Mountain Range from third-floor living area with vaulted ceilings and large private balcony. This exceptional, three-bedroom (including large loft), three- full bath condominium.

Totally redecorated with decorator paint, beautiful top-of-the-line furnishings, lighting, and artwork in a mountain lodge style. The living room has a leather (sleeper) sofa, custom built Lazy Boy swivel rocker/recliner, and pine entertainment center. Dining room seats 8-10 under gorgeous antler chandelier, and kitchen island seats 4. Most kitchen appliances are new. We sleep 10 people in beds plus 2 more in twin sofa sleepers.

All the mattresses are new, top-of-the-line products. Both main floor bedrooms have new Simmons Beautyrest, pillowtop, independent coil system Queen mattresses. All sleeping areas have new pillows and beautiful high-end, color-coordinated comforters, pillow shams, and throw pillows.

-- The larger bedroom, The Pine Room, has two solid pine Queen sleigh beds, new night stands, new love seat with twin sleeper, and a armoire/entertainment center.

--The smaller bedroom (yet still quite large compared to most condos) we call The Aspen Room. This beautiful room has custom-made aspen log furniture throughout including a Queen bed, and a love seat with twin sleeper.

--The large loft with two semi-private sleeping areas has matching pine furniture throughout, two new hypoallergenic twin mattresses, and a new full size mattress.

The Lift complex, in the heart of Breckenridge, is a short easy 4 minute walk to the Peak 9 Super-Six Quicksilver chairlift, Maggy Pond,. Two minute walk to Main Street, the Riverwalk, Lacima Mall, The Breckenridge Brewery, and all the popular restaurants. Adjacent to Main Street Station.

Upgraded kitchen. Each room has its own thermostatically-controlled hot water baseboard heat. The living room and each bedroom have its own TV, full bathroom, and balcony. Gas fireplace. Covered parking. Free shuttle bus stop one block away. Convenience does not get better than this!

This versatile condominium appeals to both groups and large families who want to enjoy their Breckenridge experience together. The condominium includes a large living area and adjacent kitchen, a large loft with two semi-private sleeping areas, two unusually large bedrooms on the main floor, three full bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. The mountain-facing private balcony has 3 tables, 6 chairs, and a gas grill. The balcony provides additional space to enjoy the sun or gather before departing for your favorite activity.

Two indoor hot tubs, two outdoor tubs (up to 20 people in one!), and a heated pool are all in the nearby courtyard. The pool area has private shower rooms and lockers for your convenience The winter pool and hot tub season opens and closes with the Breckenridge ski resort. For the Summer, the pool and hot tubs are open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Jeff is a PSIA-Certified Ski Instructor that specializes in private lessons for adults and children. Please book your lessons in advance!

Why the Owner Chose Lift Condos

We have lived in Colorado most of our lives, and searched for many years for the perfect location for both winter and summer sports. We chose Breckenridge because it is a "real" town, with "real" residents, and has a mining history dating back to 1859. We chose our condo, after looking at every condo complex in town, because it has a spectacular view of the slopes and 10-Mile Range that cannot be duplicated anywhere within walking distance of both the lifts and Main Street.

Your condo was beautiful, homey, clean, and even better than pictured! We LOVED the decor. It was close to the lifts, close to Main Street and everyone had a wonderful time. There were 10 of us ages 55-18 and we fit comfortably. Enough beds and showers! The kitchen had every thing we needed including spices, condiments, and even coffee. thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, we would love to return and stay again. And thank you for so promptly answering our questions!
