LET THE OCEAN LULL YOU TO SLEEP!!!
Our Oceanfront Duplex is located four and one-half miles North of Flagler Beach directly on the Ocean, 50 feet from the water's edge, in a private area of the beach, among several private homes. We live in the upper unit and rent the lower one out as a vacation rental. The two floors have been sound proofed and you have your own private entrance. Your privacy has not been compromised. The lower unit has an excellent view of the ocean from the living room, master bed room and newly remodeled porch. You can ALWAYS hear the waves breaking on the beach.
It is very nice and very clean. We have a large newly remodeled open East porch that overlooks the ocean, manicured yard, and private dune walk over with a sitting/tanning deck at the bottom. We have an Ocean Kayak, surf and boggy boards, beach chairs and beach toys for your use. All you need to bring is your favorite beach towel and sun tan lotion.
If you are looking for a private beach area away from the condominiums and crowded beaches that is DIRECTLY on the ocean this is the place for you. We are 20 minutes from St. Augustine and also Daytona, and 90 minutes from the attractions in the Orlando area.
We also have local knowledge about the best places to eat, shopping, places to go, things to do and site seeing to help you get the most out of your vacation.
If you like to surf fish, we have some of the best surf fishing on the East coast right in our back yard. I Will even show you how to tie my super secert surf fishing rig, guaranteed to catch lots of fish. (Photos of recent catches available upon request.) We supply everything that you need except your fishing poles.

What a week. Arrived on Dec2. Both of us got sick the second day..The wind was bad and the sea was angry(because of a weather front coming in).. What a wonderful week we had!!We sat inside and looked at the amazing ocean or went on the deck and felt the ocean spray on our faces. If we had to be sick on vacation this was the place.. It offered everything.Comfort, beauty, and even great neighbors downstairs. The location is close to places to eat, Publix, and yes CVS. We even found coconuts that had washed up on the beach from some island. My husband and i would not take anything for our week at this OCEANFRONT haven..thanks Steve and Lupita

The place was great! You represent the property perfectly in your ad. It was clean and well equipped. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much we are considering booking a full week next year. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing beach house.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view is amazing, the beds VERY comfortable, and we never saw more than 10 people down the beach in every direction. We saw countless dolphins and enjoyed finding starfish, hermit crabs and various other things in the tide pools during our "low tide" walks. We even got to see sea turtle tracks and nests. We loved every minute of it. Thanks!

We have been staying at the Conways rental for the past 10 years. Every year we come they continue to exceed our expectations. They are easily accessable and yet we have total privacy. They seem to anticipate our needs and make provisions to meet them to ensure that we enjoy our stay. We have stayed at numerous resorts and bed and breakfast units and this is one of the few that we continue to book year after year. Thanks Steve and Lupita for becoming our safe haven in our fast paced life.

We have enjoyed a month long stay in this Flagler Beach rental for the past three years & cannot say enough positive things about the apartment, the location & the Conway's. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean & perfectly maintained. The location directly on the Atlantic is beautiful. It is quiet, peaceful, safe & very secure. This is you 12th year as a vacation rental. We are one of only two vacation rentals in flagler county that is located directly on the ocean. All other rentals are across the very busy A1A highway. If you want to stay directly on the ocean this is the place for your vacation. Our duplex is about 50' from the waters edge. It was built in the late 80's before the construction set back line was moved Westward about 150. We have completly remodeled our duplex to make it as nice as any on the beach. They won't allow you to build this close to the water any more. You have an unubstructed view of the Ocean from the master Bed room and the Living room and can always hear the crashing of the waves on the beach. We have a pack and play for your use, a ocean kayak, beach chairs, beach toys and everything you need except your beach towels and sun tan lotion.
