Cozy get-away in North Lake Tahoe... with high-speed internet access for those that still want to keep in touch. Relax in comfortable and peaceful surroundings, watch the blue jays and squirrels play in the fir and redwood trees outside your window. Enjoy preparing a meal or perhaps just cocktails in the completely remodeled kitchen. Curl up in front of a roaring log fire built in the river rock fireplace - firewood is supplied. This is quiet end/corner unit that faces the greenbelt. The condo is decorated with Tahoe country accents including antique skis, snowshoes and toboggan and lake themed art and craftwork.

All this is just a mile from the lake and ten minutes from Northstar or Incline Village in one of the best-kept condo complexes in Tahoe. In the Summer, enjoy the bike trails, tennis courts, or newly remodeled pool with sauna. In Winter enjoy a short drive home from the ski slopes to your condo.

First Level - Tiled entry with closets concealing full-size washer and dryer. The bathroom has vanity, bath with shower over the tub with sliding glass doors, and water closet.

The bedroom has a new queen bed, good closet space, nightstands, TV and chest of drawers. There is a private deck looking out to the greenbelt behind the condo.

Mid Level - Stairs lead to the main level, featuring the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodation. There is an entertainment center with TV (basic cable included), VCR, DVD, and CD players. The fireplace has recently been rebuilt, featuring an oak mantle and river rock facing for that authentic Tahoe feel. Firewood is provided, stacked on the mid-level deck that overlooks the greenbelt and creek behind the condo. There is a barbecue pit on the deck.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled and features oak fronted cabinets and granite tile counters. New appliances include electric oven with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Small appliances include toaster, mixer, and coffeemaker. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and is stocked with basic pantry items.

Loft - The stairs lead up to the loft, which provides an ideal extra sleeping area; the two new twin beds are fitted with Tommy Hillfiger linens. The closet also contains games for the young and young at heart.
