Patio access from the sliding glass doors of the master and the living room. King-size bed with TV/VCR, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and large vanity in master suite. Two twins and TV in second bedroom with walk-in closet and shared bathroom with third bedroom which has a queen-size bed.
In this remarkable unit you will be only minutes from eight wonderful golf courses, a very convenient and inviting swimming pool, and an absolutely gorgeous beach. Whether your favorite activities are golf, beachcombing, sun sitting, or just relaxing by the pool, you will find this comfortable villa to be the perfect island retreat. For the pet lovers...this is a pet friendly villa with lots of area aound to walk your dog and/or sit on the patio and let them step off the back patio quietly and do what they do best. There are mile of biking and walking trails all over and around summer beach as well as the entire island...we have a couple of adult cruisers but you may want to bring your own and ried with the whole family. Amelia Island has so much to offer yet it is a very quaint place to be so come stay with us, and see for yourself!

How many AWESOMES can i write. Villa is great for get away. The peice and quite was so soothing and relaxing. We were not far from downtown and enjoyed all the shops and super friendly people.The food was great and so many places to eat and within budget. The beach by the villa was nice, although a little walk, but understand the burms do take time to cross. Sea shells weere abundent and not a lot of people down there. I would HIGHLY recoomend this to anyone who wants an awesome place to stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I stayed at this property for 3 days with my dogs. The condo was exactly like the photos with plenty of room and extremely clean. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and only a short walk away. Down town Fernandina is a few miles away and there are many shops and restaurants to explore. The trolley ride was very informative for anyone wanting to know more of the history of Amelia island. Hope to return soon!
