This exceptional Oceanside home offers luxurious accommodations in Corolla's exclusive "Villages of Ocean Hills". Only a short 600 foot walk to the beach down our Cul-de-sac with no roads to cross and you are there. Great for kids and eazy to carry coolers, beach chairs etc. Also only steps to the Wildlife Estuary on either a beautiful well maintained wooden walkway to the sound or on a hiking trail through the woods.

Our home is loaded with extras: We provide FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLING. We also provide LINENS AND TOWELS that you won't have to pack. We have beach chairs for your enjoyment. All upstairs bedrooms have clock radios with CD players as well as a stereo unit in great room with CD,VCR unit and tape deck. We provide a high chair and portacrib for your young beach lovers.

Large rear decks and guestrooms feature views of the Estuarial Sanctuary and unobstructed breathtaking sunsets with frequent wild horse sightings. Rear decks also overlook a large private heated swimming pool (heating at an additional fee).

Sunken Hot Tub adds luxury and relaxation which is located in its own separate area for your special privacy under the stars. This upscale community also features an additional free Oceanside, children friendly swimming pool (In season only), with lifeguards and restrooms right at the beach.

A new state of the art fitness center is also available for a nominal fee. The community center also offers an additional swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. You can truly enjoy the extended seasons with the heated swimming pool or sit in front of a warm romantic fireplace in the cooler seasons. Enjoy!
