Brand new 1200 sq ft townhouse with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a covered deck with a view of the River Noire Yact club marina. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with queen size beds and cable TV.
The main level includes a full kitchen with all the amenities and 1/2 bath. The living room is equipped with a 34" widescreen HDTV, and DVD with surround-sound stereo and a deck with a view of the marina.
A beautiful townhouse in a peaceful atmosphere and spectacular serenities. The townhouse is within two blocks from the beach, four blocks from town, and three blocks from the park. Traditionally, a highly safe and pleasant area to walk around and enjoy your vacation. South Haven is a growing town with many bars, restaurants and boating facilities.
South Haven host many festivals and events throughout the year and is known for their fourth of July celebration, art fairs, Blueberry festival, and music along the river. For the athletic minded there are many golf courses, hiking, biking, and running along the Kal-Haven trail.

This was such a perfect place for my family to stay over the 4th of July holiday. Betty was very easy to deal with and this property really had all you needed to get by.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family of five enjoyed using this condo for our vacation. Very spacious, immaculate, quiet and close to the beach. Nothing is forgotten to make your stay feel comfortable, from a baby pack n play, stroller, highchair, to beach chairs (both kid and adult size), beach toys and even beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a gas grill on the main floor deck. I recommend this condo highly. There are two queen size beds but Betty, the owner has provided several air mattresses for additional sleeping arrangements (and a ton of linens). The main floor of the condo is so roomy that two air mattresses didn't begin to make it feel cramped. Betty was very easy and friendly to work with. Her condo is a YES.

My family (husband, mother, newborn, & toddler) just came back from staying a week in this lovely condo. The unit is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The owner put so much thought and effort into making this a "home away from home." She even provided for the children (stroller, pack & play, high chairs, water toys) & the adults (beer, snacks, laundry detergent,etc). We would stay here again in a heart beat!
