This newly built 3000 sq.ft. 4BR/3BA home is 300 yards from Tigertail beach, has a formal dining room,spacious kitchen with granite counter top and raised cherry wood cabinets, private heated pool and central great room.

All rooms has overhead fan and light with ten foot ceiling. The rooms have a king size bed, two queen size beds and two twin beds. Flat screen TVs with CABLE, VCR & DVD players are present in the master bedroom, living room and guest room.

Wireless high speed DSL Internet is free. Wireless phones with answering machines are in 4 rooms.

The sport facilities located next door such as tennis, bocce, basketball, shuffleboard and childrens' playground are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am-5pm or everyday if not use by the next door renter. This facility is privately owned & used by renters only at 585 & 569 Kendall Dr.

  • This is a beautiful house that totally exceeded our family's expectations. We stayed for 4 weeks and the house was a huge factor in our enjoyment of our vacation. It was very spacious, well equipped and a short walk away from the beautiful Tigertail beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we look forward to a return visit!

  • My mother and I stayed at 569 Kendall last year and had a great time. It is a very beautiful home and the owner is very nice and accomadating. We felt very safe in the home with the security system. I am a very picky person about where I stay and this home has every thing you could possibly want and more. I have been trying for 2 days to locate this home on the computer and am grateful I finally found it so now I can book it again for this coming year. Anyone looking for a very nice home in a safe area, this is it. I was able to walk every morning to the beach and feel safe.

  • Bonjour, Nous avons passé quatre semaines en rencontres de famille (généralement à six adultes (trois couples)dans cette belle maison. Ce fut un charme! Elle est spacieuse,bien équipée,près de la plage et de la ville. De plus, le propriétaire est très serviable. Endroit idéal pour une vacance de plage et piscine en famille en Floride. Greetings, My family and I truly enjoyed this property! We spent four weeks sharing the house (family gatherings, mostly six adults(three couples) and it was easy and convenient. The house is spacious,well layed out, equiped with everything and close to the beach and the town center. Also,the owner is very helpful if you should need anything. This house is ideal for a pool and beach family holiday in southern Florida.

  • My family and I tremendously enjoyed the property at 569 Kendall. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well equipped and at a great location. We shared the house with two other couples most of the time and it was perfect. What a great pool and beach Florida holiday. I would not hesitate in renting from Gally again.

  • Another great rental property from Gally! This is the second home that we have stayed in from this owner, and both of our experiences have been extremely positive. The property is incredible, and the owner is very friendly and accomodating. We have already booked our third rental with Gally for next year, and we can't wait! This house has everything one will need for a great vacation, and my family highly recommends this property as well as any other rental properties available from Dr. Grajo.
