Once owned by Julia Roberts the Northstar House is a 4000 square foot, adobe structure with vigas in every room, and tile or hardwood floors throughout, it is a spacious light-filled compound. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, each bed is queen size and has a Tempur-pedic mattress. The large solarium has an indoor ionized 30 foot lap pool, adjoining is the outdoor sauna and ozonated hot tub and the hammock cabana. A large fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with kiva and woodstove, all with incredible mountain views.
The grounds include an enclosed adobe walled garden, extensive organic gardens, and an orchard all watered from our well or acequia (an old fashioned irrigation ditch). An outdoor cabana has two hammocks for the ultimate relaxation. |
