This two year old home is set up for fun and relaxation! Eclectic decor with everything needed to enjoy this unique pristine island setting. Sit and swing, stretch out and relax in one of the hammocks, or even fish from the backyard. The four bedrooms have their own full bath and the library has two futons if extra sleeping space is needed.

The open kitchen, dining room, and living room are filled with light and provide wonderful views without ever leaving your comfortable chair. A new game room equipped with pool table, foos ball table, dart board, ping pong table, and a host of other toys makes this property fun and relaxing for everyone in your group.

The beach is just across the cul-de-sac and a meandering tidal creek flows right behind the house. The creek and marsh provide hours of wildlife watching, crabbing, and fishing. At mid to high tide the creek can be navigated by a small boat, affording access to the other creeks and the Harbor River. Our home is located at the quieter north end of the island, but the Beach and Racquet Club is only a short walk or quick golf cart (provided) ride away.
