Vacation in luxury at this fabulous three bed, two bath condo on the fantastic Windsor Hills Resort which is situated just a few minutes away from the entrance to Walt Disney World.

At around two miles away, it is close enough for you to visit the parks in the morning, come home for a relaxing afternoon by the pool and go back for the evening fireworks. ( Alternatively watch them from your own lanai - you have a direct view!)

You will be staying close to the pool and clubhouse facilities in a beautifully furnished, fourth floor (top) family friendly condo in a quiet corner unit overlooking the recreation area(tennis/basketball/putting/volleyball/bbqs & picnic benches) with the benefit of elevator access and the security offered by a 24 hour manned entry gate.

The condo has king, queen and twin bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa providing additional sleeping for two in the lounge if required.

All the beds have been equipped with extra deep, luxury pillow top mattresses to provide the full family with extra comfort. The King and Queen bedrooms have been fitted with cooling ceiling fans and the twin room has been decorated with a "Mickey" theme.

High speed wireless internet access and unlimited free local, long distance and international telephone calls to more than 50 major countries are provided to our guests.

Cable TV is provided in the lounge (which also benefits from a ceiling fan) and 2 of the bedrooms. The lounge has a 27 inch TV, DVD,CD player and Playstation 2 with a selection of games and dvds. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD combi and clock/radio. The King and Queen bedrooms also have hairdryers.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A washer and dryer and iron & ironing board are also provided in the condo for your convenience.

Especially for our younger guests we provide a pack 'n' play crib, a highchair and two strollers (including a Graco Quattro deluxe stroller which will take a Graco Snug ride/Safe seat infant car seat).

For the comfort if all our guests, smoking and pets are not permitted in the condo.

As a Windsor Hills guest you will be able to enjoy free, unlimited use of all the amenities including large lagoon style swimming pool with water slide (minimum 48" height requirement to use slide), wet deck, spa, fitness centre (age restriction - need to be 18 to use gym), recreation area (tennis/basketball/putting & sand volleyball), ping pong, pool, cinema , playground and more.

Windsor Hills is situated off Highway 192, around 20 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and 50 minutes drive from Sanford.

Disney is of course the closest Park but with International Drive and the other major Parks around 15-20 minutes away you are ideally situated to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer.

You will find a good variety of golf, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants close by.

Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and both coasts are all also within easy reach.

  • The condo was fantastic. It met our expectations and then some. Beautifully appointed and a great kids room. Kids enjoyed the movies and playstation. Check-in was a breeze. Loved the quick drive to all Disney parks. Also enjoyed nightly MK fireworks viewing. Would recommend this to anyone. Thanks a ton for helping us create a great family memory.

  • Wow! We just arrived back home from a wonderful vacation in this condo. Sometimes pictures aren't really what they seem and so you never know what you are going to get. This place was exactly like the pictures if not better! My kids loved the "Mickey" room and our room had a nice comfortable bed with plenty of room in the bathroom. We were not in the condo a lot because every night we closed down one of the parks. But it was well worth it to have room to stretch out and relax. With four kids it was well worth every penny! We can't wait to go back. Oh! and the stroller in the condo was the best.

  • We stayed in this top notch resort for 6 nights. The entire condo is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. We could not have been more pleased with how close we were to the main gate of Disney World. The location of Windsor Hills is prime as there are many restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The entire complex is very clean. We loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed watching Magic Kingdom's fireworks nightly from our screened in balcony. We would definitely stay here again!! Also, the condo is well stocked with towels, including pool towels. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the play station 2. The selection of games and the selection of DVDs is awesome. We were also very happy with how quite the entire complex is!!! What a great vacation we had!!!! :)

  • We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a two week period in late Jan/early Feb 2008. The condo was in an ideal location - top floor of the building and an end unit. Very quiet which we enjoyed after long days at the parks. The fireworks were enjoyed from the balcony almost every evening. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (except for a BBQ which we missed!). The check-in was very easy and the resort itself was very nice. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Florida!

  • Susan, We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean and the staff was excellent. Our boys loved the playstation2 games and their own personal TV/DVD in their rooms. They also thought the pool area was "awesome". It was great to be so close to the entrance to Disney. We could be from the parking lots to the condo in 5-10 minutes. Thank you for making it so easy to rent your condo.

  • Wieder einmal waren wir für ein paar Tage in Orlando, unser erstes Mal jedoch in Windsor Hills. Wir haben uns in diesem sehr grosszügigen Condo sofort wohl gefühlt. Modern eingerichtet, saubere Räume, grosse Küche und Bad, sowie eine tolle Aussicht. Unserer Tochter Jennifer hat vor allem das grosse, warme Pool mit der Rutschbahn viel Spass gemacht. Mit den Möglichkeiten für Tennis, Billard, Kino, Ping-Pong usw. nimmt das Angebot kein Ende. Die Anlage ist gut bewacht und liegt an zentraler Lage. Wie immer war leider die Zeit viel zu schnell um. Vielen Dank Susan, dass wir in Ihrem schönen Condo wohnen durften. Gerne würden wir in Zukunft wieder in Windsor Hills unseren Urlaub verbringen. Peter A.

  • Everything was as advertised - very clean and very close to all of the Disney parks! Our favorite part was the screened-in balcony which allowed us to enjoy sitting outside!
