The sandy bottom and cove allows for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing or snorkeling without worrying about the boats yet giving you that million dollar view while you are soaking up the sun.
The bedrooms have air conditioning for comfort sleeping or just enjoy the beautiful breeze off the lake. The yard is completely fenced off and includes a private, large dog kennel for your pet. The yard is large and has plenty of parking (up to four to five cars).
The location is perfectly situated within a few minutes of Alton Bay. Your cove is located on a small dead end road leaving little traffic and perfect for children.
