SouthBay By The Gulf is located on the Gulf of Mexico. You will love this family-oriented community located in the heart of Destin. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 Bath, and optional convertible bed(s), will complete your perfect vacation, while accomodating singles, couples, or even large families.
Located in the middle of the community sits a five acre freshwater lake. Conveinent for fishing, relaxing, or feeding the birds by the gazebo. Short to the beach, pool, and tennis courts.

Relax or entertain at the community pool. Located near some of Destin's finest restaurants such as: Harry T's Boathouse, Hog's Breath Saloon, A J's Seafood and Oyster Bar, Joe's Crab shack, Captain Daves, Fudpuckers, the Donut Hole, and the list continues.
Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, And in number #2 bedroom, Other two bedrooms contain twin beds in one/ sofa does make out to a queen bed. not more than 6 in our unit is better,TV in every room. Beautiful décor. A happy place to be. Your children will love our place with our fish, "Harry", hanging on the wall. This is a No smoking condominium. Beautiful tile floors in the den and kitchen as well as brand new carpet upstairs. Condo has just been painted with new colors, however, the pictures have not been updated to view the new look!
