There is also a free boat ramp located in the neighborhood. The beach is just 4 blocks away and perfect for families who want it all.

Deck with gas grill large beautiful landscaped yard, enjoy fishing and crabbing right from there. And there is plenty of parking. within 3 blocks is full service grocery and drug store, state park, dolphin tours and pier fishing and some of the best resturants and lounges in the area.

The Atlantic boardwalk is just 10 minutes away. you will share the white sandy beach at the bay with mostly locals with a beauitful view of the chesapeake bay tunnel. the water is calm, clean and warmer then the ocean. check us out you will always want to come back.
