Thanks for the great place, chosen because of the recliners and king bed. We have been here a few times so didn't need to do the tourist stuff- just enjoy this beach and quiet Hale Kamaole. We are avid snorkelers but enjoyed it right here at KI. We did go to Makena landing and snorkeled past the north point along the homes there and saw lots of turtles. We mostly cooked here but did eat at Alexander's and Outback. We are off to stay up north for a week. Thanks for everything and we'll recommend your place! Bill and Sue Miller La Grande, OR

Your beautiful condo has made our Maui vacation complete. A home away from home, it's rather hard to leave. But, it's back to our city of Edmonton, in Alberta Canada. Leaving these temps of the high 80's- to our brisk November weather at home, with perhaps a touch of snow by the time we arrive, will be an adjustment (again). Home is where the heart is, so "thanks for the memories". Dave and Myrtle Hanks Edmonton-Alberta/Canada

Cyndi, Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. You have really supplied all necessary "creature comforts". What a well equipped kitchen! And the bed! Beautifully decorated! We've been coming here since 1979 and your condo has been one of the best...and what a view! If you can't tell , we REALLY enjoyed our stay. Thanks for your part in making it pleasant. Aloha! My name is Kristin Kelly and my mom and dad, Tom and Barb Kelly, stayed in your beautiful condo. I live here on Maui and just wanted to say thanks for the brochures you keep by the phonebook. I am a hiking guide with Hike Maui and I noticed our brochure in your collection. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Aloha! Our first adventure to Maui- mixing a bit of business with a whole bunch of pleasure! 10 days of adventure and relaxation in paradise. The condo was perfect and made our stay incredible. Everyone we met at Hale Kamaole was freindly and fun to talk with. Elahna learned to swim (6 yr. old daughter) while she was here, thanks to the community of swimmers who were gracious in their help. The BBQ zone was the village square and provided a great social gathering place for meeting the neighbors and watching the beautiful sunsets. We performed our tourist duties and explored the entire island. The road to "hell" (not to Hana but around the West Maui mountains) left a lump in our throats as we negotiated then narrowest "road" cut into a hill we have ever experienced, not for the faint of heart. We also drove toward Hana and had lunch on the Kenae Penninsula where the surf was high from a nearby hurricane and provided a spectacular experience. A visit to the upcountry and Tedeschi Winery was a nice change of pace. Too cloudy for the Haleakala trip. We did the Luau at the Renaissance in Wailea, show was good- food could have been better. The aquaruim at the Maui Ocean Center was a good choice for the kids. Great burgers at the Malaea Grill, nice breakfast at Stella Blues, good ribs at Azekas. Big Beach is spectacular! Thanks for the fully equipped unit. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. Aloha and Mahalo! The Weares, Kevin, Michelle & Elahna Seattle, WA PS The King Bed was to die for!

You made a great investment here! Thanks for putting it out for us all to enjoy! We were apprehensive about the pictures on VRBO- turns out they DO NOT GIVE JUSTICE to this wonderful unit. You have equipped it with just about everything a vacationer could want! Thank you for thoughtfulness! After driving Kihei Blvd and looking at all the lodging accomodation possibilities, we are glad we chose your unit. We took friends advice and spent the first 2 days at the beach to relax, then spent the next several days doing the tourist stuff- drive to Hana, bike down the volcano, and Molakini snorkel trip. We actually did the timeshare presentation to get cheap tickets, we wore them out! We were glad to come back to this condo- The model they showed you as an example was nowhere near the ambience of your condo. FYI- affordable and good food- Ashley's Cafe by the Outlet store on the highway. He goes out and catches the fish every morning. If you go for dinner between 5-6pm, it's 2 for 1! Fish Market on the main drag in Paia. Also, a restaurant next to Da Beach in Maalea Harbor by the Ocean Center. We ate at Outback by Safeway and were not impressed at all! Long's Drug Store carries fresh "Maui Beef" believe it or not! We ate at Stella Blues where they serve the Maui beef. We asked several places where we could find it and no one knew. They kept the best cut's by the front door, great for grilling! We didn't have good luck at Da Kitchen, but that's where the locals eat we were told. We took a drive to Makena, we were told they had good snorkeling. Found Big Beach- how beautiful. Hope these are good tips to help your visitors enjoy their stay. We had a great time! Thanks, Kent, Mary, Chelsea and Jenna from Arizona
