Your home away from home is in Heritage Oaks Golf Club and your condo overlooks a small, quiet lake from a screened-in lanai. Your condo is a rare ground floor end-unit with lots of light in every room and a quick walk to the heated swimming pool. (Heritage Oaks is a private, gated community with 24-hour security).
The master suite has a king bed with pillows galore, walk-in closet, TV, a private bath with a large sunken tub, separate shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom has a full bath and queen-sized bed. The den includes cable TV, DVD, Stereo, CD player, desk and sleeper sofa.
The 18-hole championship Golf Course is quite challenging...and NOT open to the public. The one time charge of $200 entitles you to full use of all club facilities for the entire length of your stay. With your paid membership cart fees are $17.00 and greens fees are $10-$20.00 per round (depending on season).
The newly remodeled Heritage Oaks clubhouse is beautiful and the staff is first class. You'll love the state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna, spa, and showers. You'll also have use of the four lighted tennis courts, driving range, putting green, and miles of peaceful walking and bike paths. Two bicycles are also included.
It's a short car ride--about five miles due west--to the beautiful Sarasota coast beaches...pure white sand, warm calm Gulf of Mexico water, and spectacular sunsets.
