Le marais is a lovely neighborhood. Very old, busy, trendy, familial , all this in the same place.
I live very close by this apartment and I loooooooove it.
Restaurants, cafés, brasserie, nightclubs, concerts, and cinemas... are everywhere in the Marais. Every day, except on Monday, there is the large outdoor market on Rue Bretagne called "Le Marché des enfants Rouge" where you will find farmers selling their own production but also all what you need (flowers, wine, fruits, and oysters...). Within the neighborhood are many wonderful specialty food shops and bakeries.
As a professional ( I am a real estate broker), I bought this apartment for its location, and then I refurbished it ,to give to the flat the confort you expect when you are away from home.
This apartment has not been furnished with one round trip to Ikea...
It is a mix of antique piece of furniture found on the flee market and of course brand new equipment to insure the confort of our guests.
Located on the US second (French first) floor of this building, the apartment looks out onto a courtyard.
The kitchen, well-equipped, opens into the living room furnished with a double sofabed. The separate bedroom has a huge closet. The bathroom is equiped with a shower. The separate toilet is located at the entry of the apartment.
