Handsomely furnished second floor Condo with deck. New Construction - Completed late Spring of 2004. Handicap Accessible: Elevator in building. Top end unit ensures the least disturbance. It is a bright, spacious 1500 square foot vacation retreat. Market, Restaurants and shops are in close walking distance.

View ocean from deck, as well as many other goings-on (ie. Mummer's parade, Irish Festival parade, fireworks, etc). Gas fireplace adds to off-season atmosphere, with a 30 inch wall-mounted LCD TV above. There are three additional television sets and two DVD/VCR systems. Dining area plus breakfast bar seating. Upgraded cabinets fully equipped with all the amenities of home. There is a private outside shower, laundry room, ceiling fans throughout as well as C/A. Two key-accessible entryways: side entrance and up the stairs or via the elevator/deck and through the sliding glass door. Two car garage and driveway, plus additional "open" driveway. Family-oriented area.

  • Our family stayed at this condo for several weeks last season and I am returning again this summer. That is probably the best endorsement I could give a summer rental. I was very impressed not only with the cleanliness but the decor and the quality of everything in this home. Everything was first class. If you plan on vacationing in North Wildwood I would very highly recommend this condo.

  • It was my pleasure to stay in this rental unit for my annual vacation to North Wilwood. The condo is spacious and decorated beautifully. We did not need to purchase anything. All the comforts of home are provided (except for Linens, food, towels) I would rent this property again because it is immaculate and convenient to the beach as well as the boardwalk.

  • I vacationed at this property last year with my husband and two children, ages 6 & 4. The condo was spacious, very clean and is tastefully decorated with all the amenties of home. The children were especially excited at the view of the boardwalk from the condo deck. Just about everything you will want to do is pretty much within walking distance. We had a terrific time and are certainly looking forward to our vacation there this summer.

  • I STAYED HERE LAST YEAR WITH MY 3 YR.OLD DAUGHTER AND SOME FRIENDS, WE HAD THE BEST TIME.THE WHOLE CONDO IS SPOTLESS AND VERY TASTEFULLY DECORATED.A VERY BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL VACATION HOME. I FOUND STAYING HERE VERY KID AND ADULT FRIENDLY. I'LL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN THIS YEAR AND WE ARE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO A RELAXING AND FUN FILLED VACATION.FABULOUS LOCATION. ONCE YOU PARK THE CAR YOU REALLY WON'T NEED IT AGAIN,WALKING DISTANCE TO BOTH BOARDWALK AND BEACH.
