The apartment has the master bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Both floors have access to the garden area where you can barbecue. We have 2 units like this that can be combined to be a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment.

I recently rented this apartment and was extremely disappointed not only in the apartment but the customer service given from the management company. The apartment contains two levels, the upstairs is passable if you don't include the disgusting bathroom and lack of cleaning of any baseboards or behind doors (dust bunnies & hair galore) and the upstairs bedroom’s sheets were stained with black marks and comforter stained with orange marks. However, the downstairs is abysmal. When we arrived Dan, the property manager, told us there was a fuse blown downstairs and a repairman would be by to fix it. He finally came 2 days later so we eventually had light in the bedroom, but never light in the bathroom downstairs and we had to shower/shave/get ready by candlelight. The AC units weren't properly sealed and open to the elements (including rain), which made the apt musty and damp. We used a whole bottle of Febreeze to get the smell out. The beds are hard as a rock and not comfortable. The door to the larger bedroom downstairs is glass and has zero privacy. The internet and cable do not work, there's one clear channel on the TV. Internet access was imperative because we had 2 online college students staying there that were forced to go to Starbucks to complete and submit assignments. Dan became unresponsive & I called over 13 times, texted numerously & went to Starbucks to get internet to send an email. Only when I called from a local # did he pick up. He later sent me a text to say a repairman would be there between 4-7 that day to fix the issues. We couldn't stay until 7 because we were going to a show, but we were there until 6 and no one came. We came home one evening at 12:30 AM and the top deadbolt wouldn't unlock, we couldn't get in, couldn't get a hold of Dan. Had to call a locksmith & pay $315 out of pocket to get into the apt. We shouldn't have had to deal with this on our vacation. The apartment's issues are all fixable, it's sad it is in this state. 212 Suites forwarded my concerns to the owner and I was offered $250 for my troubles, but was told no reimbursement will be given because the lock was operational upon arrival. The best part of this apartment is the location and the garden in the back. However, these are not enough to compensate for the apartment's many other issues. I would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 33/33

When we got to the apt, it was extremely dirty, with a lot of things like shavers that prevoius people had left, lot of hair in the tub so the bathroom was flooded with the first person who went to have a shower. The microwave was dirty and the oven had such grease like it never had been clean since they bought it. We had no lights in one of the bedroom which was in the basement, only one lamp in a bedside table. They told us that the apt has wi fi, and hairdryer and there weren´t. The guy who came to collect the money of the rent told us that the day after he´d send a person to fix everythnig (lights and wi fi), thing that never happened. We had to go to buy mugs, because we didn´t have any to have breakfast or drink a cup of tea or coffee. The only positive thing about the apt. is the excelent location. We are totally disppointed about the apt. and definitly doesn´t worth the money.Owner response: This person did not book this apartment with our agency. We have no email correspondence and were not even advertising on Homeaway in June ?
