The Mountain Village summer concerts and festivals are held directly adjacent to Columbia Place and with our great Village Core location, just steps from the Main Gondola Station.....Columbia Place is one of the best locations in the Mountain Village.

Enjoy our recently renovated 850 SF 1 bedroom + FULL queen loft, 1.5 bath Ski-in / Ski-out condo in the Mountain Village Core. Located at the base of Lift #4 and the top of lift #1; and in the heart of the Village Core, everything is literally right out your door....including the ski area. We are located only steps from the Gondola, lift ticket office, ski school, day care, Golden Door Spa, 9545, Heritage Plaza, Town Square, 'The Beach', retail and restaurants, equipmernt rental and everything else needed to make your vacation a hassle free experience.

With the full private queen loft, the condo functions like a 2 bedroom unit and sleeps 6 very comfortably in relative privacy on three levels. The bedding is KING bed/QUEEN bed/QUEEN sleeper: There is a new custom alder King Bed in the master bedroom (2nd level), Queen Bed in the loft (3rd level), and new leather Queen sofa-sleeper (upgraded mattress) in the living room on the main level. There is also a new full futon on the landing just outside the master bedroom for lounging.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with your own two (2) private balconies, New SS Weber Grille, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, slate floors, dining table for 6, high speed wireless internet, leather sofa, Thomasville bedding, Two plasma TV's (32" plasma in living area and 19" plasma in bedroom), Dolby surround sound, DVD / CD player and large private ski locker.

  • We stayed here for 8 nights last winter and had a fabulous time. The location is unbeatable; step directly onto the slopes from the exit of the condo. Also an easy walk to the gondola to go into the town of Telluride. Condo was remarkably spacious for a one bedroom. We have two daughters and the four of us had plenty of room. The girls loved the loft and we had plenty of privacy. Everything is well maintained and in working order. We will definitely go back.

Truly a home away from home, with all you need, and lotsof little touches (fluffy robes!) that making coming "home" after a long day of activity all the more enjoyable.

  • Unfortunately, we were not able to stay in this unit because the owners were there. It is a beautiful condo with care taken to detail. I know this because the oven in our condo did not work and the owner of this condo was kind enough to let us use theirs. He had a new oven. Actually, I think evrything is new and nice in this condo. If you stay there you won't be sorry!
