This spacious and comfortable patio home was beautifully decorated and designed. The layout of the rooms ensures privacy and space. The kitchen was well supplied with all kinds of dishes and cookware. The pool area was most pleasant and there was room for eating and relaxing. Communication with the owners was responsive and caring.

Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.

We stayed for a week. It was great. House is laid out well so you can "get away" if you want to. Having the two family/living rooms was great as it let the boys watch football and the girls watch chick flicks. Neighborhood is quiet as well. Kitchen is stocked full of utensils/cooking-equipment. Only real issue we had was a miscommunication on the pool/hot-tub heating (system was heating the pool, but not the tub) which the owner cleared up no problem. I'd definitely stay again.

Scottsdale Vacation Home - wonderful!

We came to Phoenix for a wedding and wanted the comforts of a home as opposed to a hotel. There were 6 of us and this property was perfect for our needs. We were close to the airport and to the events of the wedding and there are lots of good restaurants a short car ride away. We loved the pool and the spa and the deck area and pool area is where we spent most of our time. The house is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and there are lots of staples on hand. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the Scottsdale area. It beats any hotel/resort hands down!

This is a terrific home to stay in - close to shopping and dining, lovely safe neighborhood great for walks, very well-maintained home and yard, great private pool! It surpassed our expectations - thanks so much and you will certainly hear from us again!

This is a lovely house, with excellent facilities both indoors and outdoors - it is in an excellent location, not far from downtown by car. It is within a 10 minute stroll (this might appeal to UK visitors who like to walk) from Gainey Village which has a couple of excellent restaurants, one of which has an great bar! We had a relaxing one month stay and would certainly recommend the property to those looking for a quiet retreat

If you are planning to travel to Scottsdale, I highly recommend this home! It had everything that our family of 4 needed for our 12 day stay. The house is close to everything you could possibly want! Our kids loved the pool and the layout of the house allows everyone to have some space when they need it. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners have thought of everything you could need to be comfortable during your stay. My husband and son golfed while my daughter and I shopped at the nearby Scottsdale Fashion Square which was huge! We also spent an afternoon shopping at The Borgata which is an open air courtyard containing many boutiques and some restaurants. We are planning to go back next year and stay at the same house!

My Birthday Get-A-Way

We rented this house to celebrate my 60th birthday. The house was better than we expected and was very spacious. We loved the large bedroom, pool and the fruit trees (made homemade orange juice for breakfast) and spent a lot of time just reading and relaxing. We would highly recommend this house to a family for a relaxing week. We were close to everything - shopping, restaurants and expressways. The house was spotless and well maintained - you can tell the owners take great pride in the care of this home. Will recommend this to our friends and hopefully we will come back in the near future. As Washington state residents, my husband and I enjoy winter travel opportunities to see blue sky and feel warm sun - this beautiful home is a favorite winter destination! The property is beautifully maintained, the home is spacious, and the private backyard pool is a definite highlight. The Scottsdale location is perfect for day trips and local attractions are many - we usually begin our days with an energetic walk around the neighborhood and sometimes stop for a morning treat at nearby Gainey Village. We are repeat renters and have recommended this home to family and friends!

Great location, great house! I really enjoyed my stay and orange and lime trees in the backyard. Humming birds everywhere, just a very nice quiet neighborhood and relaxing. The stereo was great as well!
