Beautifully decorated, private single-family home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Park Forest Estates on Peak 8 in Breckenridge. Close to free shuttle, Breckenridge Nordic Center, and to the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. Several blocks from the Peak 8 ski area base.
The great room has a gas log fireplace, an antique dining table, and an eat-in kitchen counter. The family room is located on this level and also has a gas log fireplace, a sleeper sofa, and its own three-quarter bath. The upper level has the master suite with a new king bed. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed as well as a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed and a trundle. The second and third bedrooms share a bath. There is a TV in the family room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room off the garage. The oversized garage has room for a vehicle and all your skis, bikes, and other equipment. The outside deck has a private Jacuzzi hot tub.
Park Forest Estates is a private subdivision of single-family homes and duplexes. It is located in a quiet, wooded area, with an enviable location close to skiing and free transportation.
