This homes features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Remodeled in 2013, almost everything is brand new. The kitchen features stainless steel Kenmore appliances and solid surface Corian counter tops. The bathrooms feature Kohler and Moen fixtures with granite counter tops. There is a brand new leather sectional in the family room and a large leather furniture set in the main living room. Every room features a flatscreen television. Additionally, the covered patio has seating for 10 plus guests, lounge chairs, a heated pool, a Weber premium grill, and mounted flatscreen television.

We stayed with relatives at this prime rental location. The beach was just minutes away and we enjoyed relaxing at this location as well. This home was perfect for our stay. We went to the beach almost daily and also spent a great deal of time in the spacious pool area. One big plus was the large pool area with dining area and wall mounted flat screen TV. We enjoyed the family room area with enough room to easily accommodate our family and other relatives to gather for socializing. The home was very well equipped and clean with all conveniences needed on a vacation. The rooms were very well decorated and well maintained. The kitchen was a perfect cooking and dining area for us. Flat screen TV's in almost every room was a nice amenity especially for the kids. The location is walking distance to the beach and convenient to shopping areas. This was our first time to Marco and we definitely plan to go back and stay at this property. The neighborhood was well maintained and felt very safe.

Spring Break on Marco
We stayed at this beautiful home over spring break this year. The house was very clean, great furnishings, TONS of space and several comfy beds for our big family! All the bedrooms had flat screens and even one outside by the pool. We walked to the beach everyday! The public walk way to the beach is less than 5 minutes. We used a beach cart and chairs that they had at the house so it was very easy. We also took several bike rides as bikes are provided as well. Pool gets a ton of sun all day ! Our family is making plans to stay at this lovely home again soon!

About: We are an Indiana family that loves to vacation together. We have truly made this house our own and wish to allow others to enjoy our hard work. We bought this house just last year, remodeled it to the finest specifications, and now offer it as a rental. We have 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren. When we travel, we travel in a large group with usually more than 10. We have been to Europe, Central America, the Caribbean, and frequent Hawaii. We have taken all of the best ideas from any hotel we have stayed in around the world and tried to incorporate them into this vacation home. Even the paint colors in the house come from hotels or resorts we have stayed in! We wish you the best experience at our home and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
Why Private Homes:
We purchased this home because of our deep history with Marco Island. Our large extended family has always vacationed to Marco Island for decades now. We decided to settle in on Marco because it has everything we love about vacation: uncrowded beaches, friendly people, fantastic restaurants, and most importantly a laid-back and relaxing atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This home is unique because it is over 3500 square feet. All other homes we looked at were the standard 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom configurations. We needed 5 bedrooms for our ever expanding family. This home is truly one of the only homes of its size this close to the beach. Indeed, another reason we chose 901 Maple was its proximity to the beach. It is so close to the public beach access that it is not a struggle to get all the kids out on the beach in less than 5 minutes. If you want a lot of space, close to the beach, this is your house!
