Magnolia Springs features an imposing list of stunning features. Tall ceilings, 8ft high doors, Italian tiled floors, a separate home office, wireless Internet, audio system and 5 wide-screen TV’s.

The large open-plan family room has a distinctively light and spacious atmosphere with large panoramic doors opening directly onto the sun deck and swimming pool, furnishings include classically styled leather sofas and armchair, Italian tiled floors and authentic Florida-style rotating ceiling fans.

The spacious fully-equipped kitchen boasts impressive granite counter tops, tiled floors, large breakfast bar, quality utensils and upgraded appliances including glass-top stove, microwave oven, dishwasher refrigerator, automatic Ice maker and freezer. A separate utility room has twin front-loading family washer and dryer.

A spacious dining area adjacent to the kitchen overlooks the pool and deck area with seating for 8 people.

Fishing – Boating – Golf: At the end of the day watch the sun go down from your own private boat dock, ideal for fishing the waters of the tropical canal. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals.

There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. We can arrange your boat to be delivered to your dock for a just few days or a whole week. No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. If you can drive a car you will find it easy to drive a boat.

There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home.
A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant
