This cabin is all wood with large deck and breathtaking view of the valley and Blue Ridge Parkway. It is secluded in a mountain community but access is easy. The development community has a small pond, large waterfall and picnic area.
The cabin has a cathedral ceiling and gas "stove" for effect. It is modern and well maintained. There is little to no traffic in the area - private and peaceful retreat.
The smoke-free cabin is about 20 minutes from Wilkesboro of Merlefest fame, about 20 minutes from Boone with great restaurants and shopping and about the same distance from West Jefferson known for its festivals.
The cabin has two sleeping areas with two queen beds. Each has a private bath. Pets are allowed under certain circumstances and with an additional fee. There is plenty of space for children to use sleeping bags on the floor.
