  We had an absolute fabulous time in this amazing house. The house is comfortable, has everything you need, and the view is out of this world! Kevin was super friendly and had the house all ready and warm for when we got there. Even the hot tub was on and ready! There were 6 adults and one child, and with the 4 bedrooms and the 2.5 bathrooms it was perfect to accommodate a large group. The location is great, less than a 10 minute drive to the casinos, as well as Heavenly Ski Village. We will definitely be renting here again! Thanks for a great weekend!

  this is the perfect place to go and get away and enjoy all that tahoe has to offer. the views are amazing!!! love the hot tub! the cabin had everything we needed, very clean, and the owner was great. made sure we got in ok and that everything was ok. fabulous place to stay and highly recommend!

  The house was everything we needed for the week - 4 bedrooms, hide-a-bed, 2.5 baths. Ended up with 11 people the last night and the house accommodated all of us. The owner could not have been more attentive to ensuring we had a great vacation. The views were fantastic! We were at some other vacation rentals in the south Lake Tahoe area, and nothing compared with the deck and views we had. We felt like we were in a mountain vacation home, not a subdivision in South Lake Tahoe. This house was better maintained and updated than the other vacation homes we saw. If we get to Lake Tahoe again, we will try to rent this house!

  Our family vacationed here over the July 4th holiday. The photos are amazing but don't capture how beautiful the view really is. The view from the deck was spectacular during the day and provided a great place to watch the fireworks at night. We spent a great deal of time hanging out on the dock and appreciated the private swim area. Kayaking on Lake Tahoe was fabulous and an activity we enjoyed daily. The listing regarding the property and the photos of the interior of the house are very accurate. Kevin was more than accommodating and made the reservation process very easy. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely rent from Kevin again.

  My family stayed here over the July 4th holiday, and what a treat it was! The amenities are more than adequate, and waking up to the view from the deck was unbelievable! The hot tub was also nice after a day of taking in the great outdoor activities that Lake Tahoe has to offer. I'd go back to this property in a heartbeat!

  This house has AMAZING views!! Absolutely to die for!! The house is right on the water as shown, and the dock and breakwater provided ample protection for our boat against the unusual weather. During our stay we had a few days of rain and strong wind, and although the boat was tossed around a little it faired much better than the buoyed boats. The private dock is very accessible and pure luxury if you plan on using a boat during your stay. We also found ourselves sunbathing on the lower part of the deck, which is literally right on the water and a swim step nearby makes the lake easily accessible for a quick swim. The only downside to this rental is the house itself is somewhat old and outdated. The house was clean, but appeared to be very used. The house was very noisy, and downstairs you could hear even the slightest movements above you. It appears very little upgrades have been done over the years, but the house did appear to be maintained. The location of the home is very secluded, and there is a very nice gated front yard area that separates the house from the four parking spots. This also makes it very nice for children as you can close the gate and not worry about them getting away from the property. The deck also has a "baby" like gate to prevent small children from accessing the stairs or water unsupervised. The owner was very pleasant and made himself available for any questions or problems. Overall our stay was good, but I must say you are simply paying for the amazing view!!! The actual accomodations are just so-so and should probably be updated. I still however would recommend this property, for the spectacular views make up for the dated decor and amenities.

  We vacationed at Kevin's place the 3rd week in May and were blown away at the magnificent views from the deck and the walkway down to the lake. Kevin was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The only down side to the property from our perspective were the bathrooms. They were quite small and a bit outdated. If you had a large group, it may be an issue. All in all, we would definitely stay there again and forego the bathrooms just to have the views and the access to the Lake. Kevin's description of the property was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone..

  We recently rented this property for a work retreat. The house is great, great views, nice open layout, plenty of natural light, tons of amenities, and a fantastic location - close to casinos, Safeway, Heavenly, etc. It's in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood that provides access to a some great beaches. The 4 parking spots were also a bonus. Kevin went way above what most home owners do, he made sure the house was in top shape before we arrived and even called to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. If you have a large group of people I would definitely recommend this house.
