Calgary house description
*** No Flooding!!!! Our home is located in the NW and is not effected by any flooding at all. Book it now for the Stampede!***
What separates this home from the rest is the unbelievable, panoramic views you get from within the house and on the main and upper decks. It is truly a 'million dollar view'.
The house backs onto a ravine so you get a lot of privacy. The ravine is a great place to walk or ride your bike and let your dog off leash.
Besides the view, the home is clean and spacious offering a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Master Bedroom has one king bed, a walk out deck (with amazing views) and an en-suite.
Second Bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.
Third bedroom has a single bed with upper bunk bed (best for a child) and access to a shared bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.
One bedroom that has a bathroom across the hall. The main floor has a kitchen and family room that all have panoramic views. Then there is a spacious dining and living room as well.
One bedroom with sliding door walk out (amazing views as well). Full bathroom is down the hall.
Big TV room with 40 inch TV, fridge and bar.
My favorite part of the house is the huge deck with amazing views!
Have a BBQ outside on the huge deck while watching the sunset on a warm night going down behind the rocky mountains!
This is a one of a kind house in Calgary and it is perfect for your vacation. You will not be disappointed.
Don't hesitate. We will book up fast!
Costco is only 5 minutes away by car. You can catch a bus (public transit) only a block away.

- Our house is situated on a ravine with 180 panoramic views of both downtown and the mountains. There are very few places in Calgary with this incredible view. You will see bunny rabbits in the ravine, and you may see the odd coyote. The ravine is a perfect place to mountain bike, walk to 'Dragon Mountain' and see a breathtaking view or let your dog run free since it is an off leash area. Crowfoot center is only 1 mile away (within walking distance and a short bike ride) where you get all your amenities including movie theater, Star Bucks, pubs, restaurants, YMCA, Chapters, Library and much more. The University of Calgary is only a 7 minute drive and the Children's Hospital is only a 10 min drive. Downtown is about a 15 min drive....moreless

Great place to call home when away from home!
Great place to call home when away from home!
Myself, and my co-ed softball team, stayed here while playing in the Softball World Series and we couldn't have had a better stay! The owner was extremely quick to respond to questions and the rental process itself was painless. The house was larger than expected as the pictures really don't do it justice. The view/backyard is also underrated! We aren't a "party hard" team, so if your group is into late night drinking fests, then this house, and neighborhood, are not for you. This is the type of neighborhood where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy the views in a peaceful part of town. The neighbors are very friendly as well. Cam & Chelsey - Saskatoon, SK

About the owner: We are a family of 5. We have 3 children and have lived in this house for 7 years. We have a house at Okanagan Lake in British Colombia where we spend the summers. Our family enjoys skiing, hockey, soccer, disc golf, golf, mountain biking, camping, boating etc. We love to travel and have fun together as a family.
Why the Owner Chose Calgary:
I'll never forget when I bought this place... I walked through the front door, straight to the deck and took in the million dollar view. I literally looked at my Realtor and said I'm buying it, put in an offer. That is how much I love it (but I'm a view kind of guy).
The Unique Benefits at this House:
View, view, view. Best neighbors you could ask for. Super friendly, absolutely great community. We actually leave our door unlocked all the time. Ravine is awesome for little walks or letting your dog off leash. There are two children parks located on either side of the house within a 30 second walk.
