Casale Principessa is located in the wonderful panoramic setting of Valdichiana, only a few minutes away from Cortona (which can be reached also on foot), characteristic and medieval historical centre, beloved destination of tourists, who admire the tuscan culture and art. Casale Principessa is the perfect starting point for those who want to visit the most beautiful cities of South Tuscany and Umbria.

Casale Principessa with its original architecture and undoubted charm, is a property that represents the perfect harmony between the old and the new, in which the traditional restructuring embraces the various accessories and comforts present in the house. Internally the property has prestigious finishings, with terracotta paved floors,wooden beams, very elegant devices and furnishings, functional and stylish furniture as well as accessories, that makes it possible to easily accommodate 12 people.

PARK: passing the automatic gate, one can get access to the estate of approximately one hectare (2,471 acres), which has a garden and a swimming pool. The park is slightly inclined.

SWIMMING POOL: open from April 29th until October 7th. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 m, with depth varying from 1,20 to 2,00 m.

INTERIORS: the property is divided into three floors and consists of two separate apartments. Apartment 1: with direct access from the garden, the apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, one double bedroom and one three bedded room (one double and single bed), both with a private bathroom with shower.

Apartment 2: divided into two floors, consists on the first floor of a living room with a traditional fireplace and comfortable sofas, a fully equipped and very cosy kitchen, with direct access to the garden, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. To get to the second floor, one can use the internal staircase placed in the living room.

On this floor you’ll find a large four bedded room (one double and two single beds) as well as an adjacent bathroom with shower. The two apartments are not connected internally and it is possible to either rent the whole property for 12 persons or just the upper living unit, which is ideal for 7 persons.
