This is a beautiful brick ranch that was built in 1945 and completely renovated in 2012. It has all of the comforts of home. A modern kitchen, wonderful beds, a comfortable couch, outdoor eating area, high definition large flat screen TV, the list goes on.
The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, the mountains, I-70 and I-25. Huston park is only 3 blocks away with tennis courts, a walking/running trail and a lake with a view of the mountains.
All three bedrooms have premium queen size pillow top mattresses and lots of natural light. The master has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is completely renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel like you are in your own kitchen. The living room has a large, wonderful couch with high definition TV.
The backyard is a large and comfortable space. It has a covered outdoor eating area, large grill, Adirondack chairs, cornhole (like horse shoes) and a fenced yard.

My family and I were in town for quick visit with relatives. The house was exactly like in the pictures. The owner was very easy to communicate with and he always responded quickly. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Denver. It was easy access to relatives in the southern suburbs and less than 10 minutes to downtown.

Our time here was wonderful. The four of us..all ladies....had a great retreat. The house was immaculate. The yard was cute and full of flowers. We were close to Hwy 6 so it was easy to find our way around. The patio is a great place to eat and relax. Slept like a baby on the wonderful mattresses!!! The owner, was easy to reach and stopped by...very nice and thoughtful. Overall...great stay!!
