    We had a great time at this lovely villa. There were five of us, and we had tons of room. The house is well supplied and comfortably furnished. Our grandchildren loved the pool! We went to Disney three days in a row, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. There are lots of restaurants nearby. This was so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel, and SOOO much cheaper than staying at Disney. Jo and Dereck were really easy to deal with. This will be our go to place when we return to the Orlando area.

    What a nice place to stay! The home is large, beautiful and very comfortable. It is true to its description. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Plenty of room to spread out our family of 5. We enjoyed lounging in the pool after a long day of sight seeing and relaxing in the living room with the big screen TV. Shopping, restaurants and Disney are all within a short drive. We feel fortunate to have found this property for our vacation and highly recommend it to others. A big "Thank You!" to Jo and Dereck (owners) for attending to all the details.

    Place worked perfectly for our stay. Easy to get to Disney. Lots of room for six. Clean, very comfortable and a great value. Owners great to work with. They went above and beyond. Thanks for a great stay.

    Everything was exactly as represented. The owner's information is very specific and accurate. This is a beautiful home, in a wonderful location, near to everything needed. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We plan to stay here on our next visit! Already looking forward to it! Our only regret is that there were not enough hours in the day to fully enjoy their all the aspects of their villa. No surprises!!

    The location was perfect for Disney and Se World visits. The villa is georgous. The game room was perfect for keeping a five and six year old busy! The beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this vila for vacation!

    We drove to the house. nice neighborhood. very comfortable. each kid had thier own bedroom and parents had a master suite across the house. very clean. owner very helpful. will definitely stay here again.

    This was a wonderful place to stay. The place was well kept and had all of the emmenities of home. The kids enjoyed the pool as much as the adults for a relaxing time after a day at the park. I will definately keep this in my favorites when traveling to the Orlando area again. Jo and Derek where great to work with and made everything so easy.

    We did our 1st Family Vacation to Disney with the kids (All-in-all, 7 people). "Dreamstay" was perfect! Plenty of room, clean and homey. It was great having all the space to come home after a long day at Disney to just "plop and relax". The house was exactly as described. Owners were very helpful from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this to friends & family, and look forward to future vacations here! (PS - the pool was very nice at the end of the day - perfect relaxation tool).

    8 of us stayed at this home for a week in April, 4 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed our stay very much, its a comfortable and clean house and has plenty of space for a large group. We especially enjoyed being so close to the parks, it was very convenient for Disney and Sea world. There are stores and restaurants very close by, everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice to be able to take a walk around the neighborhood. The owners are very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. We felt it was very good value for money and would definitely recommend the house to others as a base for an Orlando vacation.

    We have just returned from our second stay at "Dreamstay" and look forward to returning!! It is becoming our home away from home. The owners are fabulous to deal with, prompt in responding to emails and you feel like you've known them forever. The location is ideal. It is close to and simple to reach parks, restaurants, Target, Walmart,etc. It is clean and has a well maintained pool that the kids spent many hours in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to family & friends. I'm already missing it!!

    My wife and I just finished our vacation with our two little children, both sets of parents, and my brother. This property was amazing. We cannot thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay for the past week. The house is VERY roomy and the pool out back is amazing after a long day of walking at Disney World. After a week at Disney, my three year olds favorite part of the trip was still the pool at our house. The price was right! Thank you again for letting us stay and we can't wait to come again.

    This villa was everything that the description promised it to be and more! We had plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have some private time. The villa was clean and the pool was excellent! There was more than enough towels for the pool and bath time! The owners were always very prompt and answered all of my questions. We will definitely look at renting this home the next time we're in Florida. Thank you!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very roomy, easily giving our crew of eight plenty of room. The kids loved having toys and video games, as well as the pool, to enjoy. We recommend the villa to all who are looking for a home away from home!

    Simply excellent!!! Everything went as planned and our family of 4 was just so comfortable we felt like we were at home!!! And every question we had was answered promptly. There wasn't anything we didn't like about this villa!!! From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the cleanliness and all the comforts down to the excess of beach towels, dishes and furniture. There was so much space will definitely stay again!!! We felt very safe having a door code. And at night we sat by the pool and watched the wild. Our teenage kids couldn't stay out of the pool they were having so much fun..And we saved money by going to the nearest Walmart and Target and cooking home cooked meals the times we weren't out at Disney..Thanks Josephine for providing your hospitality to our family and i hope many others stay!!! We made many memories!!!

    DreamStay is a lovely home. We really enjoyed the stay there and it's hard to even think about staying anywhere else. House is roomy, clean and well furnished; neighborhood is quiet, easy access to Disneyworld, SeaWorld and restaurants. My 5 year old son had everything available for swimming in the pool. My kids,husband and me loved the place. I will recommend DreamStay villa to anyone visiting Disney world. Rate was excellent. Jo and Dereck are wonderful.

    This house was spacious, unbelievably equipped w/ everything we needed, clean and comfortable - and beautifully decorated. It even had toys and games. We took our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren ages 5 and 3 to Disney World and stayed in this home. VERY convenient to the parks. Wonderful enclosed pool. We have six children and hope to take one family at a time to Disney World over the years as they marry and have children. The owners were great about communication and very gracious. We will rent this again when we take the next family if it is available!

    Dreamstay Villa was absolutly beautiful.My family & I stayed here over 4th of July week & we had a great vacation.The house was very roomy,well furnished & very clean.It had all the comforts of home.It is also located in a very peaceful & quiet neighborhood & had quick & easy access to all the Disney Parks,Shopping & Dining. Jo & Dereck were so very nice to deal with as well,very prompt & accommodating.Their Villa is just as the name says a real "DREAMSTAY VILLA" We will definitely visit again in the future.LOVED,LOVED,LOVED IT.     We have stayed here twice and it's hard to even think about staying anywhere else. House is roomy and well furnished, neighborhood quiet. Easy access to DisneyWorld and SeaWorld, easy access to restaurants on south side of 192 eastbound, WalMart less than 10 min. away . Prompt response to inquiries by owner, rates have been excellent. From the calendar you'll see that you have to plan well ahead to rent this property , which speaks well of the entire setup.

    We have gone to Orlando for Spring Break and Thanksgiving week for 5 years in a row. We have always stayed in a hotel. This past year we stayed in this home and WE LOVED IT!! We will never stay anywhere else! We have already inquired about booking it again this year. The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and offered everything we needed including a heated pool. Dereck and Josephine are wonderfully accomodating. I would recomend their home to anyone.

    Dreamstay is a wonderful home! We have had the opportunity to stay numerous times and each time has been a pleasure. Very clean and beautiful. The location is near all attractions and yet secluded enough for peace and quiet. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. The owners are wonderful and accomadating. Can you see that we really love this place???

    The house is absolutely lovely. Plenty of towels & linen, very clean and tastefully furnished. The owners were pleasant and helpful, and provided a very reasonable rate. Neighborhood was very quiet, and there is plenty of privacy with the fencing and wooded rear area. We had a great time!

    WOW!!, The house was great, lots of space, the pool was perfect for our family. My in laws were with us and they were suprised by the size and everything that the house had, I got brownie points with them. We have stayed at 4 VRBO and this one was the best. It was just like being at home. We have noted this house in our vacation book for future trips.

    We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was beautiful. There is an abundent supply of towels/linens and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment/dinnerware. The boys loved the game cube/games and playing in the pool. We will definitely try to stay here again on future trips to the Orlando area. Thanks again for such a great stay!!
