The walkout lower or garden level includes a great room with surround sound, wide screen TV with VCR and DVD players, a video library of almost 100 titles plus a sleeper sofa to accommodate two people. A separate game room houses the pool and Ping-Pong table and a number of board games. A fourth bedroom with two queen-sized beds, bath, ski room and laundry room complete this level.
