The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with 2 bar stools. There are ample amounts of dishes, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, cook books & spices.
The master bedroom features a sleigh bed with queen size pillow top mattress, down comforter, quality cotton linens, 32" wall mounted flat screen HD TV & Blu-Ray DVD. There is a master bath connected tothe master bedroom. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and a twin bed, each offering a down comforter and quality cotton linens, 32" wall mounted flat screen HD TV & Blu-Ray DVD. A crib is available upon request.
The condo is located only steps away from the heated swimming pool (open seasonally), hot tub, fitness center and entertainment room. The entertainment room features a pool table, ping pong table and a big screen TV with a theater system. The fitness center offers treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, weights & TV. There is also a fenced basketball court, picnic area with charcoal BBQ, and a children’s play area.

We have been skiing in the Park City area for over 20 years and this is by far the best condo we have stayed in! The beds and pillows are so comfortable, we slept well from the first night. The unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The linens are top of the line. You are just steps from the hot tub/pool. And the garage parking keeps your car clear of snow. It is a short drive to the Deer Valley gondola. This unit is a great value. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great location only minutes to Deer Valley gondola and 10 minutes to Park City. Condo has all that you need and is well equipped and perfectly maintained. The host Suzy was a delight from initial contact thru all details (delivered requested DVD’s and discount lift tickets). Could not ask for more! Will only stay there from now on!

We had a great time. In addition to being nicely furnished, it was a quiet and well stocked with all the small things that make a vacation home comfortable (additional set of keys, garage door opener, sugar in the sugar bowel, full set of dishes and cookware, dish soap under the sink, etc.) I would highly recommend it as a vacation rental.

Our family has enjoyed our stay at Fox Bay Condos for the past five years. We feel like we are coming home. The amenities Suzy provides are comfortable, clean and complete and the views are spectacular! There is easy access to the clubhouse facilities, and it is a convenient location to the Deer Valley lifts. We look forward to our visit every winter!

My daughter and I spent a week in Park City, using Suzy's condo as a home base. It was convenient to everything we did - Sundance, Homestead spa, hot air ballooning, whitewater rafting, and of course eating out :). It was well appointed - everything you would need, and clean and tidy. We both highly recommend this property!

Outstanding property. It felt like home from the minute we stepped in the condo. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. We would definitely rent this property again!
