Four couples rented the Lookout together for a friends getaway weekend. It was perfect for us with four bedrooms and plenty of room. The guys were able to hang out inside with the pool table and tv while the girls spent time on either the deck or the covered porch. The views of Center Hill lake were amazing and it was great having both Hurricane Marina and Edgar Evins Marina so close. The home owners were also great about allowing us to bring a dog to the house and even had food and water bowls waiting. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We love that The Lookout is four bedrooms and pet friendly. It was very clean upon check-in. This is a great location to be near Hurricane Marina. Try their food at the Blue Water Grille; it is very good if you don't feel like cooking. Or, take a walk down to the Lakeside Resort and the lake just across the street. We have stayed at The Lookout many times and we will be back!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

A great July 4th weekend @ The Lookout cabin & Hurricane. I got out skied, out surfed and even beat @ pool by Steve as always, but I danced more & won @ bridge. We'll be back.

We stayed at The Lookout for the week of Thanksgiving, with our son who goes to college in Nashville and our parents from Iowa. The Lookout was an easy drive into Nashville and also gave us a chance to see some of Tennessee's great state parks. This house was fantastic. The living area is open with a nice kitchen (for doing Thanksgiving dinner) and we loved the big windows without any curtains to obscure the view. Overall, the house is very comfortable and well appointed. The wireless router is a nice touch. One of the highlights is the hot tub. Sitting there on a frigid November morning watching the sunrise was wonderful. Thanks for making such a lovely place available.

I have stayed at the LookOut several times over the past 2 years. Beautiful view, quiet, secluded and private. The morning sunrises are awesome!! Rosie, who I usually speak with, has added all those warm touches which make it truly a home away from home! You really don't need to bring anything! I have noticed improvements to the house and property since I have been visiting. It's good to see rental owners put some of the money back into their rentals. Unfortunately, that's not the case in some places I have stayed... I will be coming back with friends soon to show off this hidden treasure!

The pictures don't do the home justice! Such a beautiful view. Since it was just my husband and I there we didn't leave the upper floor. Slept on the couch so we could wake up to the sunrise. Thanks so much for letting us come so last minute. We were blessed that a cancellation came up.

The Lookout is a nice house that is fully stocked with everything you'll need. It is very close to Hurricane Marina and Floating Mill for all of your boating/lake needs. My family and I stayed there June 26-29 2009 and had a great time. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a get-away or to enjoy Center Hill Lake.

My family and I stayed at "the Lookout" for a weekend in May 2009. Loved the views, the house was perfect for us, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The pool table and hot tub provided tons of fun for everybody. Kitchen was great, and had everything we needed. Rochelle answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated. 100% satisfied, and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing place to vacation!

We were truly happy with The Lookout and are grateful there are people like you who rent their homes to strangers. Of course we had the most beautiful days of the summer/fall! The deck with view of the sunrise and moonrise was a "jewel" which we really enjoyed. The house is very nice and comfortable as is the hot tub. From the paralegals gone wild to a group now of mothers and family renamed paralegals becoming mild!! A huge rain storm shortened Saturdays lake day. Last night, families watched Game Plan, eat tuna, prime rib and orange roughy. A great time had by all!

The Lookout was the perfect place to surprise our mother for her 50th birthday. The view is beautiful! We spent our relaxing weekend on the lake fishing, lounging in the hot tub and playing cards. What a great hide-a-way! This is the nicest and most well supplied place we have ever rented. Thanks for sharing it with us! We really had to watch our chihuahua because of the hawks licking their chops!! It was VERY hard to leave and go back to reality. We had some excitement when a car went over the ravine about 500 ft past the driveway. Thank you.
