Private Location with Hiking, Sledding, Cross Country Skiing.... - Lake Tahoe, California Lodging This completly remodeled home above Sunnyside Resort (West Shore) includes all the amenities of home. Gorgeous Kitchen remodel done in September 2004, all new beds, hardwoods(upstairs), carpet (downstairs), furniture and linens. Bathrooms just completely remodeled. The deck and Garage were just replaced w/ Trex and Carriage Doors installed.BR#1 Queen (w/Queen Aerobed if needed), BR#2 Queen, BR#3 1 set of bunks & twin. We have 2 Queen Aerobeds that sleep 2 each, if needed. New MasterSpa Hot Tub. Our home is completely wireless for internet and has DirecTV service with all the bells and whistles. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac backing the national forestry service (Paige Meadows) so if you want privacy and quiet, this is your home. Hiking, Cross Country Skiing in our backyard. Also, Paige Meadows (walking distance to trail head) is an excellent cross-country skiing, hiking, biking and snowshoeing wonderland. Glanlibbaken Resort (sledding/light skiing) is only five minutes away for the best organized sledding area around the lake. 2 Mins to Sunnyside Resort for Jet Ski & Boat rentals Note: We are charged 2.39% by Visa for any transaction (except Security Deposits) and must pass the fee on to our renters.
