Why the Owner Chose Tahoe City
Our location is a world away from the hustle a bustle of Tahoe City, but yet only 3-4 mins away as we back to the Conservancy we have no rear neighbors and the forest is our backyard. We are seconds from the Page Meadows hiking trails where we hike and mountain bike. The home lots in our neghborhood are large so we aren't too close to any neighbors either. It's the best of both worlds.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Peace & Quiet with conservancy all around us, yet swimming at the Lake in 3 mins. Hiking & Biking, and a Peak at the Lake all without getting in our car makes our location superior to many in Lake Tahoe. Our Western facing Deck has room for about 20 folks for the BBQ and the quiet serenity of the Forest. We have updated almost every aspect of the home with a chefs kitchen, dual ovens (Convection), all of the supplies and utensils of home and wine fridge. All Bathrooms are done in stone, one with jetted tub. Bedrooms with flat screen TVs and DVR's and DVD Players. It's not a hotel, but it may seem like one.
Owner's Map of Tahoe City
Love to spend time in Lake Tahoe Golfing, Skiing, Boating and relaxing.

Thank you. What an amazing home & location! We found it to be very updated & not missing a thing. We had a wonderful time. The home was child friendly in many ways. We really felt comfortable in it & hope to rent it again. We can only imagine that it is just as breathtaking in the summer as it was in the winter.

A lovely weekend spent in Tahoe. The cabin is very welcoming, a very home from home feel. The two days we were there we had a couple of bad storms which we really hadn't planned for, but it really didn't matter the cabin was so cozy and we really didn't mind being inside. We did manage to use the hot tub one night and with lights out on the patio, the stars just seemed to sparkle, it was very peaceful and tranquil. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home, I would certainly recommend this rental. If you have lunch at the lake Inn at Sunnyside, it offers free valet parking! so no parking fees, close to the beach and a nice lunch. :-) I would recommend a map of the lake and maybe some local recommendations of places to visit for the guests.

This is a beautiful home. We spent 5 wonderful days here relaxing in this gorgeously remodeled home. The furnishing were clean and comfortable. The chef's kitchen is incredible and the decor looks professionally chosen, while still keeping a comfortable, family friendly feeling. The location is perfect if you want to be far enough away from it all to enjoy the quiet, but just minutes away from Tahoe City. We would definitely recommend this home for rental, and hope to enjoy another stay here in the future.
Owner response:Thank you Kristen! I'm so glad you enjoyed the home and I love that you loved the decor as I did it all myself. We are always trying to update and improve. We would to have you back anytime!!! Thanks again! :)

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. The house was perfect for our ski weekend: the gourmet kitchen/great room was fantastic, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the location key for all our Tahoe needs. We can only imagine how gorgeous the setting must be in the summertime -- and hope to find out!

This house was perfect for my group's weekend stay, and the amenities and location were ideal. From the newly-remodeled kitchen and family room to the DirecTV in each room, the home is beautiful and made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you, Steve, for the smooth and reliable transaction, and we look forward to renting again from you in the future. Best Regards, Mark

I wanted to thank you so much for renting your home out to us. My family and our friends, The William's family, had an amazing time. Aside from the horrible ride on Saturday (It took us 8.5 hours to get there), everything was perfect. Amy and I discovered Paige Meadows and spent the morning exploring it on snowshoes. The kids built a sledding run in the back and spent many hours in the fresh snow. Thank you very much for opening your family home to us. Sincerely, Roxanne Holm
