This beautiful, ground level condominium is in Mt. Crested Butte, three blocks from the base of the ski area. The free shuttle stops every 15 minutes right outside your door and takes you to the lifts and downtown for shopping and restaurants. Take the shuttle from Gunnison County Airport (GUC) to the condominium, no car needed during your ski vacation.
A perfect place for a family or several couples to spend a weekend, week, or more exploring everything Crested Butte has to offer. Ideally located, this Condo is a perfect base-camp to enjoy all the recreational opportunies in the "last great ski town" and the "wildflower capitol of the world."
The three bedroom Condo has a split floor plan with the master suite at one end, with a private entrance, and the other two bedrooms at the far end of the Condo. The shared sauna/hot tub and tennis court are just off the patio area. A large lawn in back is perfect for playing in the snow or running in the grass.

Year Purchased: 2001
Annual winter ski vacations are a favorite for our family. Getting away for some relaxing, fun-filled, quality together is precious to us. Long-weekend, fall hiking trips with "the girls" is another favorite activity in Crested Butte. Beautiful! And, we have just discovered the excellent skate and nordic skiing available at the Nordic Center. Can't wait to participate in the next "Alley Loop" event in February where participants ski thru town! Mountain biking during the summer is "awesome", as one eloquent teen put it! We love the beauty, the people, the activities here in Crested Butte
