The ground floor is fully tiled and the upstairs master is carpeted as well as the second bedroom off of the master. All bathrooms recently remodeled. The Kitchen is newly remodeled with a nice tile counter that seats six people and the eat-in kitchen seats another six. One bedroom has twin beds, one bedroom has a queen, the third bedroom (walks out to lanai) has a king bed and the upstair master has a king. There are also two pull-out couches. Attached two-car garage.

higher. Off season has approximately a 30% savings. There is a
refundable damage deposit (Less Cleaning Fee at end of stay $175.00).
Deposit refunds limited to hurricanes, sickness or death in family.
There is a 10% State and County Tax on Top of Each Rental.
All money is due at time of booking with deposit.
