Our 3BR, 2BA condo is perfect for a family vacation or just a weekend getaway for two! With many repeat customers, we think we have the best condominium at Grandview Point in Osage Beach. This Three Bedroom, Two Bath, ground level unit features rooms that are tastefully decorated and painted for a warm appearance. All of the furnishings and appliances are newer and will provide you with all of the comforts of home. This is one of our side by side condos at Grandview Point.
The living room features a 32 inch flat screen television, combination DVD/VCR, surround sound stereo, and a pull-out, queen- size sleeper sofa.
The master suite features a king-size bed, television, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub, and sliding doors to the balcony. The balcony overlooks the pool/sun deck and has a spectacular view of the Main Channel.
The second bedroom features two twin-size beds and the third bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both have ample closet space. All have TV's. These bedrooms are only steps away from the second bath, which features a combo shower/tub (Even the linens and towels are supplied!). With the beds and sleeper, up to eight can sleep comfortably in the unit.
The kitchen houses all of the necessary appliances to prepare a four course meal, providing our guests with the option of staying in instead of dining out. You can also barbecue on the balcony while enjoying the evening sunset.
There is also a full size, high capacity washer and dryer allowing occupants to do laundry at their leisure.

If you choose to bring your own boat (the boat launch is on site!) or rent one while staying at our condos, there are two optional 14 by 36 foot covered boat slips (#1 & 2) for a minimal charge.

Why the Owner Chose Grandview Point
We've visited the lake many times over the past few years. While visiting friends who have vacation property there, we looked at Grandview Point. After some nachos and a few Margaritas (okay, maybe more than a few) @ what used to be The Salty Dog, we decided to walk across to Grandview again. Within a weeks' time we drove back to purchase (this time without the Margarita influence) and we never looked back. We completed Unit B105 and a few short months later bought Unit B106. The phrase "Location, location, location" is so true when it comes to our places.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our places are a few short minutes to the Outlet Mall, many fine golf courses and great restaurants. The view from the balconies is fabulous! The first floor, ground level, walk-in is very convenient for easy access to the condo.
Best of all, the Margaritas and the entertainment across the street at Dog Days are as good as ever and we still go back and talk about that hot summer day in August that changed our lives!

Hi! We're Ken, Diane, Julie & Joe, the owners of Grandview Point Units B105 & B106. We live in a small suburb outside Chicago, about 7 hours from Osage Beach. Between our two families we have 5 boys between 21-30 yrs old who love to come down and golf, swim, fish and just plain relax. We think we've got the perfect places for you to spend your vacation, whether it's for a week or more or just a long weekend. We bought the condos brand new and did all of the decorating and furnishing ourselves. We tried very hard to give them the feeling of being home even when you are miles away from it.

My wife and I stayed at the end of January and loved it. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It was as if we were the only people on our own lake. But, yet 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. I can only imagine how much fun our family and friends could have during the summer. We can't wait to stay again during any season of the year. With the soon to be completed highway 54 less than a quarter mile away, the quick access in and out of the lake area will be a plus.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We have rented two condos at Grandview Point for four years now. The accommdations are excellent. The listing descriptions are quite accurate...everything is clean and well-maintained. Our family of 16 enjoys our week to the max. The condos are centrally located on the lake just off the main channel so the noice and traffic are minimal. The condos are also located close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The pool is just around the corner and down one flight of steps...very convenient. The pool is small but our grandchildren are all young so this is not a factor. The condos' boat slips are very close. We have booked another year and would recommend booking to others.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We have rented both units for a couple of years now and it is by far the best location and accomodations in Osage Beach. We have a good size group and the condo's are well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location of the units is great because it is on the ground level and right by the pools. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering spending some time in the Lake of the Ozarks.

Two friends and I packed up our kids and met in Osage Beach in June of 2006 and rented #105. We had a great time there... it was SO nice, large enough not to feel crowded even with 3 adults and 4 active boys.. and clean and the location VERY convenient. Walk in.. no stairs... right by the pool... perfect! We were looking forward to returning again this year in June but each of us had issues that kept us from going.. but we WILL go back! :)

We stayed here in June for a long weekend. The location was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. It was also conveniently located to the pool, which was a plus for us since we have a 1 and 3 year old. The kids loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats. This was one of the most wonderful weekends we have experienced. The condo was beautifully decorated and yet still very relaxing. We definitely would stay here again.

Well, it is the end of a week long stay and it has been absolutely wonderful. We brought our boat down and went out on the lake everyday. The location is perfect for getting to all of the destinations we could desire. We hope to come back next year- your condo is beautiful!
