My wife and I stayed at the end of January and loved it. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It was as if we were the only people on our own lake. But, yet 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. I can only imagine how much fun our family and friends could have during the summer. We can't wait to stay again during any season of the year. With the soon to be completed highway 54 less than a quarter mile away, the quick access in and out of the lake area will be a plus.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We have rented two condos at Grandview Point for four years now. The accommdations are excellent. The listing descriptions are quite accurate...everything is clean and well-maintained. Our family of 16 enjoys our week to the max. The condos are centrally located on the lake just off the main channel so the noice and traffic are minimal. The condos are also located close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The pool is just around the corner and down one flight of steps...very convenient. The pool is small but our grandchildren are all young so this is not a factor. The condos' boat slips are very close. We have booked another year and would recommend booking to others.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have rented both units for a couple of years now and it is by far the best location and accomodations in Osage Beach. We have a good size group and the condo's are well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location of the units is great because it is on the ground level and right by the pools. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering spending some time in the Lake of the Ozarks.

Two friends and I packed up our kids and met in Osage Beach in June of 2006 and rented #105. We had a great time there... it was SO nice, large enough not to feel crowded even with 3 adults and 4 active boys.. and clean and the location VERY convenient. Walk in.. no stairs... right by the pool... perfect! We were looking forward to returning again this year in June but each of us had issues that kept us from going.. but we WILL go back! :)

We stayed here in June for a long weekend. The location was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. It was also conveniently located to the pool, which was a plus for us since we have a 1 and 3 year old. The kids loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats. This was one of the most wonderful weekends we have experienced. The condo was beautifully decorated and yet still very relaxing. We definitely would stay here again.

Our family had a mini family reunion and loved the condo. The condo is decorted beautifully, and has everything you need for a great weekend. The views are great from the balcony.

Well, it is the end of a week long stay and it has been absolutely wonderful. We brought our boat down and went out on the lake everyday. The location is perfect for getting to all of the destinations we could desire. We hope to come back next year- your condo is beautiful!
