Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Keys is provided in the unit. Master Bdrm has King Bed and master bath with private door to balcony. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full Kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and living room with a full hall bath.
Washer and Dryer units are right in the condo for your convenience. 3 sofas will provide ample space to relax for all. 2 sofas have pullout beds. Central A/C and ceiling fans will make your stay comfortable!
Located off Mile Marker 54 in the Coco Plum Beach Villas. Within the development, there is a heated beachfront pool, tennis court, beachfront tiki hut to enjoy the water's edge, and covered garage parking with addtl parking lot! Only 16 units in the bldg! Renowned Sombrero beach is just minutes away! Also within close proximity...golf, fishing charters, Dolphin Research Center, snorkeling and dive sites, and Key West is just 50 minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Marathon
We have always loved the Keys for the laid back style and beautiful views. Once we found this condo, we fell in love. We love the fact that the unit is right on the beach and it is one of the only walkable beaches in all of the Keys.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
With the State Park next door, it can never be developed...this allows us to walk, look for shells, look for hermit crabs, and more. We especially love playing in the pool with our children and having the beach right there as well. We hope you'll try our condo and fall in love with it yourself!

We live in Pennsylvania and come to the Keys as much as we can! We own a painting business so you know the condo is always freshly painted! We use the unit too so it has as many of the comforts as home as a rental unit can.
