This rental is located in a large home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Phinney Ridge, one of the most popular neighborhoods in Seattle. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath is situated in a tranquil garden setting, that is shared by guests and the owners.
The apartment has an open floor plan, with a spacious living room/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. Flat screen TV/Wireless internet /DVD player/ premium and on-demand cable television is included.
We are located within a few blocks of Woodland Park Zoo, which hosts ZooTunes family-friendly concerts in the summer months. We are just a block away from the Phinney/Greenwood shopping district which has dozens of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and cafes, as well as a grocery store, independent stores and boutiques.
We are less than .5 miles to Green Lake, an in-city lake with an amazing array of activities, including:

* Free community theater
* Soccer field, basketball, tennis courts and 9-hole golf course
* Summer Shakespeare in the Park
* Swimming beaches, tots wading pool and boat rentals

We are also just a few blocks from the Phinney Neighborhood Center, which hosts a Farmers Market every Friday, from May-September.
We are within a few miles of the University District, Ballard, Fremont and Wallingford neighborhoods. Two bus lines (#5 and #358) and Highway I-99 are within a few blocks of the apartment and there is free street neighborhood parking.
This is a non-smoking house, and in consideration of our neighbors, there is no smoking allowed around the premises. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please keep this in mind during your stay. In addition to this apartment, there is an additional rental space directly above the apartment, and the rest of the home is occupied by the owners.
The apartment is located at the rear of a large house that is situated on a steep slope. Therefore there is a long staircase from street level to the apartment. There is a water-feature in the garden, so please be able to supervise young children in the backyard at all times. The apartment is situated in a well-maintained garden shared with visitors and the residents, and has a BBQ and a small patio.
For infants to toddlers, we have an infant-size bath support, high chair, changing pad and portable crib available. We also welcome friendly, well-behaved dogs--Seattle is extremely dog-friendly, with more dogs within city limits than children. There is an additional charge of $10.00/night for dogs,
The quoted price is for 4 adults, and there is an additional charge of $10/night for additional guests over the age of 12. Children under the age of 12 are free.
We love our little corner of the world and this apartment is a great launching pad to experience life as a Seattleite. This property is owner-occupied, and we are always close at hand and available for recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc.
