An easy walk to the downtown core of Kelowna, British Columbia. City park beach is an equal distance from the condo, both a five to ten minute walk. There is also a quieter beach closer to the condo, which is smaller. The condo itself is a one bedroom newly renovated suite with hard wood floors and a carpeted bedroom. Front of the building suite with a balcony facing a small creek. The 700sq foot suite is on the second of three floors, the residence of the condo are all very quiet and polite, the building is a great group of people. For anyone who requires a personal safe, one is supplied to keep personal items locked up, its a dial Sentry Safe.

A deposit of roughly 50% of the stay is required to reserve your desired dates. This is made to ensure no last minute pull outs. A tax is applied of 12% which is taken off the damage deposit upon return. We are located in a walking distance from both the downtown center as well as the city park beach. There is no street in front, a small creek being there, has the traffic noise to a very low minimal.

About the owner: My name is Dillan A Butler. I am a 24 year old serial entrepreneur. I currently work as a franchise developer. Born in Regina, Saskatewan moving to the Vancouver area of British Columbia when I was five and that is where I grew up. Attending high school in New Westminster and slowly developed and entrepreneur mind from success seminars and books, such as Landmark Education. I am on a goal set to obtain my first million as of December 12 of this year, wish me luck. My team is in three provinces and going world wide currently. I have a puppy pitbull girl name Stella and spend my time enjoying the gorgeous weather of the city.
Why the Owner Chose Kelowna: The main reason for this property being your choice is its location. Location, location, location. This sits at an unbelievably close distance to any park, beach or downtown area where walking back for a meal is easy, an nice to cook in while out of town with potentially a special someone. The night life is all close enough to walk yet the location has it sound kept away from the property. For boating options please inquire as I do access to a boat that can be used by the owner to take you on the lake for a day on the boat, wake boarding, fishing or a scenic ride.
