This beautiful contemporary home located in the very private and secluded Northwest woods is literally 100 yards from Gardiners Bay beach.
Indoors: A professionally equipped, granite surfaced kitchen opening into a large living room with a deep fireplace to keep you warm on cool nights. The comfortable sectional couch and chairs seat 8-10 adults and puts even the most stressed individual in a zen-like mood.
Outdoors: The back yard features a 24 x 48 heated pool and poolhouse (equipped with a full bathroom, stovetop and sub-zero refrigerator) surrounded by a beautiful garden for your relaxation/enjoyment. The yard, at over an acre, is big enough for enjoying numerous games from volleyball to football.
Area: Across the street there's easy access to the beach of Gardiners Bay. You can swim, flycast, skip rocks, go for long walks or sun yourself. You're also hiking distance from Cedar Point Park where picnicing, sunning and kayak rentals are available.
NOTE: Only renting monthly or for the entire summer (5/26 thru 9/4) in 2006. Absolutely no prom groups, renters must be 22 years of age, minimum.
Sorry, no cats and no smoking allowed due to allergies. Dogs that are house trained and do not shed are okay, please inquire.
