Wow, our theme from the minute we walked nto your wonderful and peaceful place was "This is a definite do-over!" We relaxes at the pool every day, exercised early every day at the wonderful work out facility and walked every evening ending at the marina, watching wildlife! We loved eating on the screened-in porch, binoculars in hand. What a view, what a place, what a blessing!!! Thanks for the tip on The Big Fish Grill - FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so very much.

Hello Rick and Marian, We just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for the opportunity to rent your condo during our vacation week in Delaware. We had a fantastic time, and we just wanted to say what a lovely place you have. It was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. I must also comment on what a pleasure it was to not have to wait and check-in as we usually do with our RCI timeshare rentals. We decided to go a different route this year, and it was well worth it. We loved Delaware, the beaches, the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, and even Ocean City was a hoot. We hope you continue to offer your condo as a rental, because I am sure will will want to vacation there again in the future. Our best to you both. Have a great summer, and thank you once again.

We had a great time! Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying breakfast. Kayaked at Assateague National Park two days. Fantastic! Loved seeing the horses! Golfed at Bear Trap Dunes two days. Great course. Thanks very much.

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us! We loved it! (None of us are ready to leave!) You did a beautiful job of decorating and adding many touches to make it feal like home. We especially loved the screened porch with the view! We had fun watching the wildlife with our binoculars! The info in the notebook waqs really helpful and we would look through the birdbooks to see which ones we had seen. Thank you for the inside information about parking on July 4th! Thank you for letting us rent your condo - it is so spacious and comfy. We love all the windows and especially the view! We watched the sun rise every morning our bed over the water - it was beautiful! We also brought our binoculars saw some interesting birds and deer. We will be back - Oh yeah, the beach was great also.

After a beautiful morning driving down the Garden State Parkway, we enjoyed a sea faring adventure on the Cape May Ferry. We arrived to enjoy a day of tennis, pooling and 1/2 price beer & burgers in Rehobeth Beach. Bootsie's makes a mean BBQ. Day trip to Ocean City, MD, for another day of perfect weather & fun beach adventures to kick off summer with Boardwalk, road side crab cakes and Yeungling, 2 rounds of mimi-golf. Great place, very cool area, awesome food!

Judy and I had the best time vacationing in your condo. It felt like home (minus the husband, the mothers, the cats & dogs...you get the picture). We spa'd, shopped & beached & ate ourselves silly. Also enjoyed a program at the Rehobeth bandshell that had us in stitches. You havn't lived until you hear the Sweet Adelines sing "It's raining Men" and a male group sing "Ghost Chickens in the Sky". Who says there's no culture at the beach. We hate to leave. Thanks again...still can't win a "Whack-a-mole"!

We enjoyed our stay in renting for the week, and the weather was perfect! We liked going to the state parks including the little Holts Landing close by. Your place is very nice and quiet. Only the birds woke us up in the morning. We were able to get at least one pool swim in, but too short of a vacation!!

Your condo is beautiful and very comfortable - we felt very much at home here. We loved the fireplace - had a couple of days to enjoy it this weekend due to the weather - high winds, rain and low temps. We still had a great time and marveled at how dramatically the view changes from the back deck based on the weather and tides. We've been to Bethany many times but this is the first time we stayed in a resort community and we truly enjoyed it. Thanks for your hospitality, Jeff and Debbie (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fabulous week - we had the best beach weather one could ever hope for! The condo was cute and clean - truly felt at home. Sunday began with a breath taking sunrise and ended with a meteroid shower watched from the porch(with acouple of good bottles of wine.) Nice neighbors from New York to the left. We had the best jumbo crabs from the Blue Crab in town-a great dinner, also at the Fat Tuna - must sit outside. A very memorable week! Can't believe tomorrow we return to Baltimore . . . Thanks you so much for renting out your lovely vacation home! We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the golf course and pool immensely. We saw a fox our first night here and several rabbits on the golf course - also a spotted fawn in the marsh grass. We loved every minute of our holiday, and especially enjoyed the accommodations.
