Elegant, but comfortable, environment with carpet and tile throughout, and granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. King-size bed in master with large walk-in closet and second closet, queen-size bed in bedroom two and two twin beds in bedroom three. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils and cookware are supplied.
Community is guarded and gated with 24 hour security. Non-smoking, no pet Condo. When you leave, you will feel rested and relaxed!
Marineland is one mile away, running and bike paths (two bikes are included in Condo), 150 acres of natural preserves on the intracoastal waterway with a dock with dayslips. Rent kayaks or boats to explore the area. Local charters are available. Nature paths and state parks within walking distance. Historic St. Augustine is just 20 miles away, Daytona is 30 miles away, Kennedy Space Center is one hour away. Five championship golf courses in area (30 of the finest golf courses in the country are within an hour drive), and World Golf Village and PGA Hall of Fame is only 45 minutes away, but you don't need to ever leave the beautiful, peaceful area. Several great restaurants are minutes away, with additional fabulous restaurants in St. Augustine and
Flagler Beach (15 minutes away). Outlet mall shopping and theme parks are within easy driving distance.

Why the Owner Chose Surf Club III
We bought our condo in Palm Coast because it is the hottest upcoming city in Florida. It is very upscale, yet not the traffic and tourism of South Florida. Great seafood, beautiful beach, great family environment, with lots of cool things to do very close to Palm Coast. We also loved that it is close to our home, an hour drive away, so we are able to enjoy it frequently and take care of it easily.

We love the easy access to the ocean and the pool. The first floor conveniences are great for our family. We love the peaceful, elegant laid back area with great food and shopping nearby, a Florida jewel!

My family bought our condo preconstruction while I was pregnant. It was our first investment that we could actually enjoy. The condo has been such a blessing for our family. We have enjoyed great times with our immediate family, as well as extended family. The condo environment is great for a family, and our condo, on the first floor, is so easy to enjoy the pool and beach. As my son has grown (now 6), he still loves the beach, exploring the tide pools for snails, fish, star fish and crabs. We enjoy the condo when it is not rented, so it has all the conveniences you want or need for a great, fun vacation, fabulous sheets, great blender, all needed items for comfort and fun.

Great Rental for Relo or Relaxation

My wife and I recently relocated to Florida with our three children. We rented this condo for a month while we looked for our house. It was a wonderful rental and the experience really made the move easier on our children. The neighbors were great, the facilities top notch and the proximity of the unit to the beach and to the pool was a real plus. We grilled dinner by the poolside (along with everyone else) almost every night as it was a great opportunity to meet new people. This condo had everything we were looking for. In the end, the best part of the rental were the owners who were fantastic to work with, understood our situation and really made the last 4 weeks something to remember.
