We had a wonderful stay in West Fork. The house was spacious and the kitchen and family room were perfect for spending time together. It was a short drive to Devil's Den where we hiked and close to Fayetteville where we shopped and ate lunch.

Perfect Family Weekend
Perfect Family Weekend
Each year, my family has a big Razorback Game weekend. This year we decided to rent a house instead of hotel rooms. We could not have picked a better house! Since there was around 15 in our group, the house allowed for us to cook, play games and spend time together! With the house only 15 minutes from the stadium, we felt it was closer than staying in Rogers or Springdale - just a quick drive. I highly recommend this house and we plan to book again for next year. E'Lane was wonderful to work with! We booked the Main House and the Guest House! My young cousins (age 5 and 6) loved the guest house or what they called the dollhouse.

Stayed here for a game weekend and it worked out great. House had plenty of room and only took 15-20 minutes to get to Fayetteville. Clean and very well taken care of. Everyone on the trip loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Owner response: Thanks Chris, for the nice review. I wish the Aggies were playing here next year. Maybe you could arrange a nice getaway for your group anyway! Enjoyed having you here. Come again. E'Lane
This place was FANTASTIC!!!!.... and so are the owners! E'Lane is a jewel!! We came in for the BBB Rally. Room for the 3 trucks and 3 trailers and all our motorcycles which was definitely a plus!! We rented both spaces as there were 11 of us and still room for more. The open kitchen/open living area was our gathering spot as well as the back decks that surround the back of house. Feels like your in a tree house. Loved everything about it... from the décor to the yummy sheets on the bed and even cool bathroom with the rain shower. Really awesome!! We are coming back next year for sure... so sorry guys, it's mine! :))

Wonderful Getaway for Family
Wonderful Getaway for Family
Our long weekend at this house in the woods could not have been better. My parents, two adult sons, and I met at this house, arriving from various states where we all live. It was a perfect rendezvous spot. The house and property were beyond our expectations. It was clean and well-maintained, but more than that, the house was spacious and had so many extras that delighted each one of us. The decor is warm and inviting. The house is unique--unlike anything we'd ever seen before. We loved it. The house provided lots of space--my dad loved sitting on the deck; we cooked meals in the awesome kitchen, and the dining room table surrounded by windows was a perfect setting for family meals. During the days, we took excursions to Devil's Den State Park and then to Fort Smith State Park. Nights were spent playing cards and hanging out in this great property. In the mornings, my mom and I took walks on the country road, enjoying the view of the lily pad covered pond and the surrounding hills. The owners could not have been more hospitable and friendly. When we come again, we'll think about also renting the guest house and inviting additional family. Thanks so much for a fabulous place to stay. We'll be back!

Owner response: Thank you, Lee, for your nice response. I'm so glad that you and your family enjoyed our home. It was lovely to get to know and work with you! We look forward to your next visit.
Our family of 7 plus 2 extras stayed very comfortably in this woodsy home. Plenty of space and accomodations in and around the house and grounds. The rustic barn style with nice interior furniture was comfortable and captivating. We so much enjoyed the outside decking and thick woods to gaze at in the morning and evenings. Every day we made fun excursions to bike trails, Devils Den State Park, Eureka Springs, Fayetteville museums and shopping or down the road to the nearby park and great swimming hole. A nice grocery store is convenient from the home as well. It was a perfectly lovely and unforgettable stay.

About the owner: We are a retired couple from Texas. We love quiet nature retreats and being with people. This place is great for both! We would like for others to be able to experience it.
Why the Owner Chose Fayetteville:
We originally purchased this home for a place to stay when we came to visit our son and his family. We wanted a fun place where we could gather without feeling crowded, a place that would create good memories for the grand kids. It has turned out to be beyond our wildest expectations. It is a peaceful place to play and relax.
The Unique Benefits at this Chateau / Country House:
The deck that is across the back allows us to enjoy nature to the fullest from birds and wildlife to the sound of the little seasonal brook trickling over the rocks. A gazebo equipped with a hammock allows for lazy naps. Yet, all this private peace and quiet is only minutes from town and the University of Arkansas. Fayetteville is full of things to do and see, including Crystal Bridges, the largest collection of american art in the world. Yet, true the the 'Natural State' it is surrounded by lakes, parks and unbelievable beauty.
