Minimum two night rental/25% Surcharge for Holidays
Deposit due at booking/50% of total cost of rental
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival/Ask about our "Refer A Friend" program
Cleaning fee- $200.00; $20.00/nt extra charge for pets.
NC Sales & Lodging Tax= 10%
