Located in a most convenient area, this very comfortable and chic apartment for four is set on the second floor of an elegant building with lift. Next to the Palais des Congrès and within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower and Bois de Boulogne, it is ideal for anyone coming to Paris for the Palais des Congres exhibitions at Porte Maillot or for those arriving by plane or train wishing to visit the Paris sites with ease.
General Description:
The building is handsome and beautifully maintained with security code, large impressive front doors, interphone, and lift.
The 42 square metre (451 square feet) property is spacious with high ceilings, parquet flooring and large French windows overlooking the Boulevard. The kitchenette is enclosed in the bar area of the L shaped main room.
There is a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed and leather and chrome armchairs. In the dining area which has seating for four, you can watch Paris go about its daily routine while enjoying your home cooked dinner, or in the evening after a busy day out, you can perch at the bar for cocktail hour while deciding which new restaurant to try out.
The modern and extremely practical “wet room” is entirely tiled out in Italian Sienna ochre tiles and contains a large walk in shower and wash basin with a big mirror. The water closet is separate and off the bedroom.

Located one minute away from the Palais des Congrès, this apartment is a definite asset to those attending the exhibitions, or coming over on business.
It is also a perfect place to visit Paris from: ten minutes walk to the Champs Elysées and the “Arc de Triomphe”, five minute bus ride to the Eiffel Tower, and ten minutes away from the Louvre by metro from Porte Maillot which is almost outside the front door.
Ideal for those arriving by plane on Ryanair flights as the bus taking you from Beauvais airport drops you off at Porte Maillot. If you’re coming from CDG you only need to take the Air France bus which also drops you at Porte Maillot.
For those coming by Eurostar – again there is a direct bus which drops you at the bottom of the road about ten minutes walk away, or if you prefer to take the metro, enjoy two of the fastest metro lines on the Paris subway.
Finally for the joggers and nature lovers – You are near the biggest park, garden and forest on the edge of Paris – The Bois de Boulogne.
