Great room overlooking golf course and lakes - Reno Condo Great way to live in Reno and to have a comfortable, luxurious home, with all the amenities you might wish. The large master bedroom overlooks Lakeridge golf course and opens to the patio which overlooks both the golf course and two lakes. Living is on the main level and includes the entry, a great room with a large screen HD TV, surround sound, two offices (or 3rd bedroom), with cable and phones; a master bedroom with bath, and a kitchen. There is also a separate area in the basement level, with twin beds, a bath and a sitting room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area and t.v. There is a new double bed sized futon in the main office. Smoking outside only, please. There is available parking in the garage and of course guests can park in the convenient guest parking area.

Monthly rate is $2800. + utilities on a one year lease.
Condo is fully furnished.
First, last and one month refundable security deposit
