Home is fully furnished.
The large master bedroom overlooks Lakeridge golf course and opens to the patio which overlooks both the golf course and two lakes.
Living is on the main level and in a finished basement and includes the entry, a great room with a large screen HD TV, surround sound, one or two offices, with cable and phones; a master bedroom with bath, a second bedroom or office, a downstairs with twin beds, a bathroom and sitting area, and a kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area and t.v.
No smoking or pets permitted. Parking in the garage and of course guests can park in the convenient guest parking area.

We are a retired couple who like to travel and spend long periods of time out of the area. We have children and grandchildren in Reno, and Portland, but our personal residence has, until recently, always been in Reno because it has so much to offer.
This condo is cozy and perfect for one to two people who appreciate and will take care of nice surroundings. We prefer a rental of a minimum of 6 + months. Because of this, our rental rate is more reasonable than any other comparable furnished property.
Why the Owner Chose Reno
Reno has four seasons and retains a small town flavor while housing so many
fun events so there is always something to do. Everything is close to this
condo, even though it maintains a serene, tucked away feeling because of the
park-like setting on the golf course. Golfers must hit balls around the other
side of the lake so we haven't had any problems with stray balls.

We're a retired couple who love to stay busy, and we did here; skiing at N. Tahoe, shopping, dining out, walking on the golf course and around the city, hitting at the driving range, hot springs at Carson City, going to shows and galleries, etc. to make the most of Reno and the outdoors in winter. At home, here, inside at Lakeridge, we loved the spacious, comfortable and well appointed accomodations, tried the grand piano, movies and TV, and enjoyed cooking healthy foods (World Market, Trader Joes!), keeping in touch via WiFi, reading, knitting and soaking up the warmth while enjoying the wildlife and snow fall outside the expansive windows with pond and mountain views. We expect to be back!

I rented this condo for an extended stay in Reno. It is just perfect- great owners, very clean and fully equipped with anything you would ever need. This condo is close to everything in Reno, yet, i never felt as though I was in the middle of a city. The complex is well maintained and the neighbors are lovely. Every type shopping you desire- local or "Big Box"- is within a mile or two of this location. I certainly look forward to renting this condo agin. Thank you

My name is Bill C. I just came home last weekend after a 6 week stay in Reno. First off where I stayed. I rented a condo from someone named Christy. One of the nicest people you will meet. She helped me in so many ways & was so accomodating. Her home is beautiful. She welcomes you in. The stay there was very comfortable, like going home every day after the clinic. Cabinets & kitchen has all you need to live each day. I tried to replace any items I used regurally. Fully furnished with clean linens. Bring nothing but yourself. Living area spacious with good entertainment. No comparison to staying in a hotel. Very private & great view of a lake & mountains.
