- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : We are sorry, but dog hair gets everywhere, accidents happen and flea/ticks can get carried into the house. Too many people have allergies to dogs and we would have to raise our cleaning fee. This property is VERY clean, and odor free.
- Kid Friendly : Great family place, but there are rules, or the security deposit will be deducted. The property is inspected immediately after each rental. A portable crib and a basic umbrella stroller are there for your use.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : This is NOT a house for Party Cove goers and underage drinking. The primary renter must be over 25.
- Smoking Not Allowed : You can smoke OUTSIDE. A sand can is provided for butts. No 'flicking' please...this is Dry Branch Cove!

My family ad I have stayed at this cottage for 3 years. It is very clean, very comfortable, in a wonderful, family-friendly part of the Lake, and it's surrounded by great neighbors. We love the big deck and the beautiful trees. The deck is shaded throughout the day. The swimming right off the dock is calm and wonderful. I would highly recommend this as a vacation rental. I love it because there are no negative surprises.

We stayed at the cottage last week and really enjoyed it. The renters were very helpful, giving us lots of upfront information about the cottage, detailed instructions for driving to the cottage and close places we would need to go to, and helpful hints about all the fun places we should be sure to visit. The cottage was adorable. We have a family of 5 and it was the perfect size for us. The view of the lake was beautiful, especially in the morning! The kids loved having our own private dock. Our boat was always close, and the kids could swim and fish whenever they wanted. The neighbors were all very friendly as well, teaching our kids how to fish and other wonderful things! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the home we stayed in.

We have a guest sign-in/comment book in the home that's full of all the great things our guests have said about their vacations here.
