- Twin/Single Bed (3) : The second bedroom has two seperate twin beds and the third bedroom gives you the choice of a twin-size daybed, pull out and up the twin-size trundle for 2 twin beds, or push them together for the size of a king bed.
- Convertible Bed: Living room sleeper sofa (new) is queen-size with an extra foam pad for comfort.

- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Sorry, no exceptions. People have allergies, pet hair gets everywhere, cleaning fees would be high and there's no convenient place for them to go pottie.
- Kid Friendly: Great family place, but there are rules, or the security deposit will be deducted. The property is inspected immediately after each rental. A portable crib and a basic umbrella stroller are there for your use.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: This is NOT a house for Party Cove goers and underage drinking. The primary renter must be over 23.
- Smoking Not Allowed: You can smoke OUTSIDE. A sand can is provided for butts. No 'flicking' please...this is Dry Branch Cove!
