This is an amazing ski in/ski out house with all the mountain charm and luxury finishes you need for a fantastic vacation. You will ski out on Peak 9 but will have to ski back in on Peak 10 (blue/black trails). To ski back in you must be an intermediate skier, you will lift up to Peak 10 and ski back to the Burro Trail.

His High Place is a gorgeous in town 3400 square foot home, just a 15 minute walk to Main Street (weather permitting). On the Main Level you have an amazing gourmet kitchen, a dining room that will seat 18 and a magnificent great room with fireplace and incredible mountain views.

The Upper Level offers 2 fabulous master bedrooms with private decks divided by a large loft, while the Lower Level has two bedrooms with private game/living room and a private hot tub off the deck.

This fabulous home is just blocks from Downtown Breckenridge. Drive anywhere in town or to any ski parking in less than 5 minutes. This spacious, well-maintained luxury mountain residence will provide your family and friends comfortable, close-in lodging for your winter and summer visits to Summit County.

  • Our 7 day stay in March of 2007 was perfect! His High Place provided every comfort a large group would want, and more. Sleeping 12 adults while maintaining privacy was very easy. A group of 18 would sleep comfortably without issue, but some would not have completely private bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals 3 times a day. It is definitely a home away, and yes, the views are fantastic! We are planning our next ski trip around the calendar for His High Place.
