This Villa is been renovated with new kitchen appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, carpet and tile. The newly renovated bathroom includes a marble floor, new vanity and new bathroom accessories. This Villa includes a new queen size sleeper sofa, full size bed and two bunk beds for the kids.
Enjoy splendid views of the beach, ocean, and sunrise from a private balcony directly facing the ocean. Only a few short yards to the beach, two beautiful swimming pools, a poolside tiki bar and grill, a kiddie pool, playground, picnic area, fitness center, arcade, tennis on ten lighted courts, and an on-site tennis pro shop.
Elevator and laundry service just outside the door of the Villa. On site bike rentals, restaurant, convenience store, bar and grill and summer events for the kids.

Owner Description
My husband John and I purchased the villa for our 25th wedding anniversary and love the time we spend on Hilton Head Island. We own a remodel company and have spent many hours in our labor of love remodeling the villa. In the fall we will addressing a face lift to bedroom. I fell in love the view and the easy walk to the beach and pools. We spent at least 6 weeks a year at the villa and when we retire we expect to spend much more. We have 3 children, 1 grandchild and my faithful and loving dog Prince. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we love our time at Hilton Head.

The beach on Hilton Head is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The view, low noise levels, a true family beach made the area very appealing. Our family enjoys the resturants, Coligny Plaza, the shopping. everything is very close and only a few short minutes by car. every year we return in October to spend our wedding anniversary in a place we love.

The beaches is at your door step. I set on the deck and watch the dolphins and all the people on the beach. Our villa has undergone major facelifts since we purchased and we are still not done. Not knowing how close the villa was to the beach it was very suprising to find it was just a short walk. Seeing most of the island throughout the week it was clearly evident that this might be the best place to stay for the price! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to come to Hilton Head. The villa was nice and updated but in the end the location was amazing!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have enjoyed staying in this condo the last 2 years and plan to continue staying here as long as they will have us. The condo is very nice and has everything you will need for a great vacation. The view awesome, with a completley unobstructed view of the ocean. You can sit and watch the dolphins right from your balcony. All the appliances are new and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for eating in (if you wish). They also provide beach chairs. . It is located on what I think is the nicest stretch of beach on the island and you can rent bikes right at the complex so you can ride on the beach or the bike paths all day. It is also within a bike ride of kayaking,shopping, Shelter Cove and many places to eat. Our favorite being RoastFish and Cornbread. Try it, you won't be sorry. The buildings have been newly painted and are well kept and the security is very good. You will see security patrolling all day and night. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. It is a bit small ,espicially the bedroom, but if you are like us you don't spend much of your time in the room. Marirose has always been a pleasure to work with and I'm sure as soon as you walk out on the balcony and see your view of the beach you'll know you picked the perfect place for your vacation, just like we did. We have never had one problem or complaint in renting this unit and can't wait to return every year. Enjoy !!
